Ordered a shirt. They refunded me without warning, so I purchased another one. Then they charged me for both and refused to respond to my emails. I have to return them and pay shipping. Absolutely garbage company.

Very poor customer service, ordered a backpack from them, within a month the handle had already broken off. Contacted customer service and they have failed to reply to my email with a solution. Will be contacting my bank and returning the faulty product.

Absolutely terrible experience from very begging long waiting time to get a parcel, until waiting for refund, which still has not been issued, it´s been over a month alredy. unprofessional customer service

Ordered a button up shirt and it arrived looking like garbage with threads poking out all over. Now I gotta return it, what a pain. How could they send a customer a shirt that looks like that? One glance would tell you this needs to go in the trash but they sent it out anyway.

I used RVCA to purchase some clothing items for my brother in law's Christmas gift. When the items arrived, I was sent three completely different items to what I had ordered. The only way to contact them was via online form submission. By the time someone got back to me almost 2 weeks later, it was too late for them to send me the correct items to arrive by Christmas and they advised me to return the items for a refund.

They tell me the items were received on 14 January and to wait 2 weeks for my refund to arrive. Nearly 4 weeks on... still no refund. And it was their mistake in the first place.

DO NOT use this company.

Bought a few pairs of pants from them. Was sent about 10 spams a week afterward. Despite unsubscribing from their email list, I keep getting spammed. Ridiculous...and illegal.

Ordered 2 products in the previous 2 months. Both products recieved were the incorrect items.
Seems they don't hold the stock they are selling and try to send you an alternative product in the hope you won't request a return.
Impossible to contact customer services because there isn't one! No contact details to be found despite the order email stating they can be contacted by phone and email!

Arrived quickly! The best quality clothing I’ve ever received. Ordered the women’s sports shorts, two different pairs. So comfortable and flattering. Customer service was spot on! Will be shopping again! And again and again

Sadly the reviews are right, their returns policy is don’t return it or return it and don’t expect a refund. Truly mental that a company like this can be so poor, worst still they don’t seem to care that their reviews are so so low

It takes an entire week before they can even ship an item out, so if you need it within 10 business days…..good luck!

I've emailed RVCA (Who are part of Billabong) over 8 times, messaged them on instagram also, no response.

They took payment for a product, cancelled the order, didn't email me, didn't refund me. Won't communicate back.

I am so lucky I paid through Paypal who I've escalated it to now. Worst customer service ever and the clothes are sh**te quality.

RVCA Uk is awful! I have returned 2 items via Hermes return labels and waiting over 1 month and it doesn’t seem as if refund is going to be issued, I will not buy form their website ever again!

Absolute scam. I purchased a pair of shorts from RVCA 12months ago. The wrong size was delivered, and sent back to exchange for the correct size. After not receiving any confirmation about my order I tried to contact customer service.
Numerous emails and calls have been sent over the past 12 months and nothing!!!
ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM RVCA. They take your money and dont even refund it when they dont deliver your order. I reached out to RVCA customer service in February after my order in January was never delivered. I finally recieved an appropriate response after so many automated emails in March for a refund. The refund amount stated in the email was wrong and was never even refunded. It is now May and I still have not received a refund. I have tried phoning the UK customer service which is in the email, instead of more emails going unanswered and the number is invalid....

Do not order here!!!
I never got the clothes or the money and they don't respond to my Emails!!

I submitted an order for Hitcher Pant on April 18th. I didn't receive them until April 27th and I never received a tracking number. I returned them right away and still haven't received a refund ($49.82), despite being promised one. They've been holding onto my money for almost a month now; I have no pants and no money. It's been over two weeks since they received the return!

Ordered 3 weeks before my trip and checking my order status still pending, as per representative they are moving to a new location which I don't the relevance. Still haven't received my order not even a status. This company sucks, customer service reps are not even helpful!

No reply to multiple emails about returns. No refund. Items missing. Very very poor.

I ordered a hat and shirt as a gift. Two weeks later got an email that said, we had a system issue that caused my order to be canceled. But you can reorder with a 30% discount. seems fishy to me.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE WEBSITE, ITS A COOL WEBSITE AND LOOKS OFFICIAL.

Okay ! It took a long time to come but I got my cap / delivery... phew! I am very happy with it, its very good quality, I don't know why they make it so hard to trust them. They need a better marketing strategy.
