I ordered a cap around 10 weeks ago from the RVCA Portugal site. They sent me a tracking link. I kept checking on the progress of the shipment. Eventually, around 5 weeks later, I see the update stating that package was delivered and signed for. I emailed the agent I was dealing with (leo@evipservices) and he said that the item was delivered and signed for according to the courier company. I assured him that it wasn't delivered and asked for him to send me a photo of the signed delivery note. He then said the item must have been lost and that they will send another one. Another 5 weeks have gone and lone and behold, the tracking link shows that it has been delivered, which it has not been. I emailed Leo again and he sent me the same email as the first time he responded to the first missing shipment. This is an absolute joke! I thought that it might be a scam but the site is rvcaportugal.com so it seems legit. As far as I'm concerned, they can shove their products up their @#$! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS!!!

I like the make but the quality of tshorts is shocking. A few washes and the tshirts are shape goes. Shame because I like the makes ethos.

What an awful company. Do not buy from them. They’re fraudsters. It took 6 emails just to get them to confirm they received my returned items. I kept receiving the usual ‘please allow 10 working days for your refund’! 30 working days later, and still no refund ‘Alice’ in customer services has miraculously disappeared . I’m still owed £60. Do not use this awful company, I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down for stealing people’s money!!
So down hill compared to 2010
Took 15 days to arrive, quality is abysmal compared to how it was in 2010. These t shirts are so thin they look like they will degrade after one wash. I ordered 2 different orders 1 hour apart and offered to ship back in one package since these shirts don't fit and don't even look like they did online (they have this awful red stitching across the shoulders) but they state they cant combine returns and are trying to charge me a $7 handling fee per order. Really? It's one return! Never ever ordering from them again. The shirt I ordered in 2015 had the top button come off after one use, no lie!

Returned an order for a refund. Tracking shows it was delivered on 21st August and to date, no acknowledgement or refund. I've sent a number of messages to which I get the same automated response. "We refund orders within 10 working days". Well that timeline has passed and I can't get through to a human to tell me what's going on.
It's a shame as although I love the brand, I won't be ordering from them direct again.

Bought my son a few T-shirts in December 2023 while on holiday in CT, actually bought the special at canal walk 3 tees for R799 or something , as well as a long sleeve on line and there are tiny holes in them. Very disappointing as this is not the first time. And no we do not have moths

Rvca sucks. I ordered something that totaled $30.. I returned it and they refunded $14 😂… even with the $7 handling fee it should have been $23 refunded… crickets from the non existent customer service . Will never order again

I Made a mistake on the shipping address and they refused to cancel order, I realized 1 minute after I put order. Lost $300, bad costumer service, they dont care about anything! Thats the difference between great companies and sh&₡& companies.
Extrem hohe Rücksendekosten
Meine favorisierte Größe wurde nicht mit geschickt. Für die Rücksendung der übrigen Artikel musste ich das Porto übernehmen – trotz einer kleinen Sendung knapp 20 EUR, da sich das Lager im europäischen Ausland (Belgien) befindet. Von einer online Bestellung hier würde ich abraten.

Ordered items 6 weeks ago - still haven't arrived. I reached out to customer service 3 times, and no response. I now have to attempt to reverse payment with my credit card company.
What happened to this company??? I've been buying direct for years, and never had an issue before.
If I could rate zero stars
If I could rate zero stars, I would. Purchased 2 orders online. RVCA charged me and sent me confirmation notices. After about a week, I was sent notices that both orders were on the way. Update on FedX stated would take another 3 weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks FedX stated they have passed orders off to USPS and was pending for arrival date. I emailed RVCA for a update on my orders with no response. Luckily, I paid with my credit card so, I was able to get my charges reversed back. Seems like this RVCA online is a fraud. I wished I saw all the bad reviews before I purchased from RVCA online. I was a devoted RVCA customer for years and years, no more! It's so sad, that management has no clue or doesn't care that RVCA is fading away with poor customer service.

FVCK RVCA. Ordered some items more than a month ago. Never shipped for weeks so I canceled my order.. Still trying to dispute charges with PayPal since there is no response from customer service. Save yourself the time and headache and shop elsewhere.

‘Purchased’ from this company. Order confirmation email says ‘order expected 2-3 working days’ it’s been 10 days now. I sent an email requesting an update and received an automated reply telling me orders are expected ‘2-3 working days’ after being placed. No help. No update. This is the second time this has happened….’once bitten’
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They changed their policy to RVCA insider members with no update for customers. As an RVCA, you are supposed to get free shipping and free returns. Now, they charge a $7.00 handling fee for all returns and don't let customers know they changed their policy. I placed two separate orders, and the merchandise did not fit properly. I asked to at least combine the shipping because they changed their policy without letting any customers know. They wouldn't help me out at all. I will pass on supporting this brand in the future. I have been a customer for over 20 years. But this is the last order I will place, and I will not support this brand moving forward. The even acknowledged they changed their policy without notice. What a shady corporation.
