Consistent poor service
Having ordered twice in a coupe of weeks the customer service for my items was terrible the first item was delivered late and to a random address of which I had to spend an additional 2 days trying to track down and work out where the parcel was delivered to as the photo sent wasn’t my house .. the second time again the order was delivered late this time to the same address but to then get a customer complaint response sent 5 days later with a proof of delivery photo of a parcel with no proof at all of delivery .. extremely bad service possible the worst I have had in years. The option to respond to my complaint is a dead link so I can’t send my response Indira (RVCA)

Americana Cargo Pants
I bought 2 pairs of American cargo pants, in sizes 32 and 29. It took a little while for the pants to get delivered, but they came eventually. They were both good quality but the 29s were too small so I returned them. Returning was very easy and I received my refund in about a week.
Scam

Seems like a scam! 1 Items of my order was not in the package. The company said they would need pictures of the unboxed item. I obviously didn't take pictures before unboxing, as the package looked ok. Never got a refund. Worst customer support, worst brand!
Took my money and didn't deliver the product
I paid RVCA for some items which I never received. I followed up by email and they said they would not refund me or resend the items because I missed the ONE MONTH window to report an undelivered item. I received nothing from them and they kept my money. They can get fxcked, never buy from RVCA.

Commande passée le 16/07/23 retournée le 22/07 avec preuve de dépôt et le commerçant ne me rembourse pas. Il ne répond même pas aux e-mails. Obligé s’ouvrir un litige avec PayPal

I am surpsrised by mostly negative reviews, since I personally had a very positive experience. I had bought some shorts and after wearing them once I noticed a broken seam. I contacted customer service and got a replacement free of charge. Very friendly communication, too.

I ordered two shorts from RVCA for 100 Euros (50 each). I kept one and did sent one back. After not getting any response after two weeks, I started writing mails asking for the return of my 50 Euros. In four weeks I only got standard mails from RVCA saying that they will get back to me in a period of 24 hours. That never happened. There's no proper phone number, no service nothing. Finally it's a fraud.

Hole developed in the leggings after four wears - trying to get some response from them and really struggling. The leggings were £70 - they have no business charging this amount for the quality of product, and the bad customer service is just the last straw.
Very Pleased Customer
I made two different orders for the first time, AND THEN checked the reviews. I was horrified and ready for problems. Nevertheless, I received my two separate orders right on time and without any problems. I am delighted. I wanted to voice my opinion here if only to encourage the company to continue to better their customer service and address the many problems that other customers seem to face. I will order again.

Horrible customer service and even worse shipping times.
First off they send me the wrong item. I email customer service to look for a resolution, they ask for more pictures and then I don't hear from them again.
Second issue is with shipping.
I am leaving on a trip and figure 3 weeks would be enough shipping time to order. Nope, it's been 2 weeks and it's still in California.
might I remind you this is the point of origin and if UPS is that slow, use a different method. I would rather pay for shipping and get it faster.
These two reasons are why I will never order from RVCA again.
T-Shirt's are way too oversized
Reviews on here are largely regarding bad shipping. I got my order quickly. The clothes are cheap, but they don't fit. I bought a couple small shirts and they're too large. One is even bigger than the other. After a couple washes, it hasn't shrunk. I'd love to share a photo but trustpilot doesn't want us to trust each other apparently.

Not enough time to exchange items.
Purchased items for Christmas presents at the end of November. One of the items didn't fit so wanted to exchange an item for another size only to be told the item was no longer exchangeable on Dec 21st. Further told I was welcome to repurchase the item I wanted to exchange. Terrible customer service. I understand a 30 day return policy, however Christmas time is the busiest shipping time of the year and requires online purchases to be ordered in a manner in which to receive them in time for the holiday. Would never purchase from the company again.
Positive experience no issues
I ordered a t shirt and at time of ordering did say deliveries may take 7-10 working days.
Out of character I checked these reviews after I ordered and even said to my husband that I didnt expect good results and may have just lost 35 quid.
I ordered on 11th November, received email 15th November confirming dispatched and 18th November email advising courier will aim to deliver 21st November. Pleasent surprise got it today, 19th November.
Correct item and size. Fits like a glove and no need to send back.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, did not receive a full refund after sending my order back. Their logistics are probably chaotic. Mails are answered by machines and/or ignored entirely. No phone number, no human person to speak to. Used to like this brand, but their attitude changed my mind now. Never again.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid headache, don't buy.
The worst customer service experience possible. After 1 week, they still did not process my order. I sent 3 emails to them, and today I got an automatic email from them without answering my question. And here it was the answer: "we kindly ask you not to send us multiple messages as this will slow down our response time".
When I read that, I started to laugh at this company that brings a Billabong/Quick Silver name and threatened their costumer this way.
The only thing I need is to cancel my order, and they don't have the capacity to do this. It's a shame...

Ordered some clothes for them to be refunded for no reason 3 weeks later, even after being given a confirmation of dispatch that my items were on the way.
Customer service is nonexistent and took a few weeks to get a respond by email.
Apparently a 'logistical error' was the reason for my refund. The clothes I wanted are no longer available in my size. What a complete waste of time with a company that clearly doesn't have the organizational man power to be in business.
