I chose to enquire for energy efficiency installation from this company. The lady that helped me was called Sarah and she was extremely helpful. I’m so grateful for the service provided from this company who has qualified my home for the full solar panels, air source heat pump and wall installation. I feel extremely lucky to have the support and to be considered for the work, especially with my Home being a rural detached house with low efficiency. Therefore it has been high energy bills, fuel poverty, high costs. During the winter, the house been many cold nights and days with my children always in jackets, and now I look forward to living in the house after three years with warmth and comfortability for myself and three children. We are extremely grateful. I would recommend this company to anyone who are looking for the same thing and have less support for them through the cold weather. I live by the sea and it’s cold every day usually so I am extremely grateful for Sarah for supporting me. She was there every step of the way and helped make our lives better. Wish her the very best in life and always going to be thankful!!! Thank you!

Great service! Regular comunication and updates. First company who surveyed our house were only able to offer PV and Louise from Rural Energy put us to another one of there approved contractors who have approved PV, Air Source Heat Pump, wall and roof insulation. Work to commence end of feb. Highly recomend as just had to fill in a few forms provide info as required and Rural did the rest! Thank you. Looks like its our last winter in a chilly property using lots of wood and coal!

Sarah and her team could not have been more helpful sorting out all the paperwork required when applying for an EC04 grant. We’re very happy to say we were told today this was successful, and that the installation of solar panels, a new heating system and insulation will go ahead soon. Strongly recommend them!

Brilliant company to deal with, Chris was always available to answer my 101 questions and would regularly be in contact to make sure things were running smoothly. The Rural energy savings grant company really do ‘what it says on the tin’ and would thoroughly recommend them. If you are a bit unsure just give them a ring and they will take you through the whole process . No pressure and no pushy sales people , just good honest advice !

Have kept me informed of how things have been going all the way through the process, yet to have the solar panels installed but feel confident that all will go as smoothly as all the planning stages have done…

The service is bright and cheerful with all questions answered in full and the whole process of referral has been managed well by Chris and Louise.
The survey was conducted and the installers have now been in touch re installation of the fully funded solar panels. Very grateful for all concerned.

Chris at RESG has been incredibly helpful and informative through the whole process of pertaining the grant. The surveyor who came out was friendly and professional. Chris then let us know we had been approved for the full grant a short while after and we received a detailed report of the works to be carried out. The whole experience has been very smooth and we cannot thank Chris at RESG enough for all of his help. If you qualify for the grant, I cannot recommend this company enough!

Excellent customer service and a very professional and friendly company.
All of the employees I spoke to and who carried out the house survey were very informative and efficient and the outcome of the services of RESG was excellent.
All appointments and arrangements were made on time and with clear and informative advice.

We had the Surveyor out to the property who was very professional and we felt relaxed and at ease in his company. My disabled son was present and didn't run away like he usually does from strangers. An excellent 5 star service. Thank you.
