Louise from rural energy grants was so helpful and helped us through the whole process which made it so easy.

After seeing their advert I was sceptical about being able to receive the ECO4 grant as we aren't on any benefits, but thought it was worth completing the form. Louise was quick to contact me to arrange a call at a time that suited me. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We gained the ECO4 grant through a medical condition and poor EPC rating.

The process after that has been very fast and I have had support throughout by Louise, who has always responded quickly. We are now due to have the installers start on Monday, very quick turnaround taking around a month from first completing a form to the work starting.

Great service from start to finish. Louise could not do enough to help, right from the start of the grant application all questions were answered and any issues were quickly fixed. Communication was swift and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Louise is credit to the company. Our install started a few weeks ago - Thank you!

Louise has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Always friendly and contactable and she has checked in with me at every stage to make sure everything is on track. I have had insulation, an air-source heat pump and solar panels so it has been a real upheaval, however Louise has worked hard to answer all of my questions especially regarding timescales so any of my fears have been quickly calmed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rural Energy Saving Grants and wish all customer service could be this good. A heartfelt thank you.

This company have been brilliant, our grant coordinator Sarah who dealt with us from day one couldn't have been more helpful and always got back to us straight away with any updates or answers to queries we had. She made the while process so easy plus she was just lovely too.

The process is very thorough and at times quite demanding. For someone like myself (75 yrs) it tested my IT skills to the limit. I several times found myself flagging and that was when Louise would step in and help me. She was a great motivator and helped me with my IT problems.

Fantastic communication throughout the application process and very efficient and clear.
From filling in the grant enquiry form, to home survey then to actually getting approval took just 2 weeks. Worked booked in for 2 weeks later.
Can't comment on the work carried out by the installation company as this is a separate company and as yet not been carried out . Thumbs up to RESG for handling the initial process so effectively though.👍👍

Great communication

Having waited forever with other grant organisations, I applied via Rural Energy Grants, initially dealing with Chris. Sarah then took over and after checking all my paperwork and advising me I was eligible, arranged for a survey. This promptly came through and was done in 2 weeks with the man saying it could be as early as 4 weeks when the work could start. Sarah contacted me several times, letting me know how things were progressing and I have just heard the work will be starting in a fortnight, which is just 6 weeks from when I had the survey, so I'm very pleased how quickly how everything has progressed to date. Looking forward to the work being completed and being able to decorate and unpack my belongings as I have only recently moved and there was no way I could afford the work to be done. A huge thank you to Chris, Sarah and the team so far!!

What a brilliant company. Louise has been spectacular at keeping us informed and finding us an installer. The whole process has been easy and Louise was very knowledgeable. We also had a good laugh whilst discussing logistics of our old quirky house and the bonkers pets I have to work around. If you have a rural property this is a good choice, they completely understand the process and the peculiarities involved!

From start to end of application Chris and his team made it easy for us and helped us navigate any bumps in the road 5* service all done very professionally with minimum fuss!

Sarah has been amazing. The support she has given throughout the process has been wonderful and the whole journey has been informative and easy with these guys.

What a wonderful company to deal with , they where very very helpful and fast I’m so great full for every they did especially Sarah this grant has really helped our family and make our home warm and cozy after a really tough few years truly life changing I’m glad we did this 🤩

Sarah is/was our first contact with any questions we had. If Sarah could help straight away or if she couldn't she would source help or answers .
The process was really good and we have been given a lot of information at the beginning and through every stage of the process. When we had surveys done they members of staff were so polite and arrived on time. Through out Sarah and any other colleagues who needed to give us information would keep us in the loop , even if there was no update Sarah still reached out so we weren't wondering . We are so pleased with all the different stages and we look forward to them starting the work. Many thanks.

I have been dealing with this company now for about a month, Sarah Dayus has been absolutely brilliant with all quieries I’ve had so far, today I was given the news that the grant has been fully approved and design layouts will be sent to me for review, I am looking forward to working with these people on this project as they come across a very professional people, but we all know the proof is in the pudding, further reviews to follow once work is commenced.
