Good Communication
The people at Energy Saving Grants are helpful and well informed and communication with them is easy and clear.
However remember that they are just the front line. They get you to commit. Behind them comes another company who take on the job and do the work to get the available funding. Beyond them a variety of sub contracted plumbers, electricians etc and the quality of their work is what will count in your house the end.

Initial response to request for Solar panels
After filling in the necessary form via facebook link a member of staff, Chris Silver, phoned and after he explained the process to us he then arranged for a company to attend to begin the series of events leading up to the installation of solar panels on our property. We had follow up calls to check that everything was going smoothly. A refreshing change in this day of poor customer service from the multi nationals!! The process from start (12/06) to installation of meters etc. (11/07) I believe is a direct result from the overseeing of the project by this Company.

Fantastic Service
I have just had my solar panels fitted and from first call to Chris at rural energy to having them fitted was around 1 month. Chris was very helpful and knowledgable and answered any questions I had with approachability and professionalism.
All of the guys involved with the fitting process were outstanding and polite, they had them all fitted in 1 day!
I am forever grateful that this service will help us with the crushing electric bills we have been facing, and more importantly absolutely zero cost to myself.
This is a trustworthy company who I urge for anyone who qualifies to get in touch with.

Mr Silver and his staff have been excellent with arranging surveyor and helping to deal with all the necessary paperwork. Chris has gone above and beyond to ensure I'd sent in the correct documents and in turn he very quickly has passed everything onto to LMF. He has always been very polite and helpful with great communication. Can't reccomend enough.

I cannot fault this company in any way
I cannot fault this company in any way. Right from my first contact it has been a positive experience even when Chris couldn't initially help me, his honesty was apparent. As soon as the grant I required became available he got in touch. From then, the process has been very fast and efficient. Everyone involved has been friendly, polite, considerate and honest.
The solar panel installer even showed us how the brackets are fitted to the roof so that tiles don't get broken (which is something I was slightly concerned about). I can't recommend this company highly enough following a bad experience with someone else. Rural Energy Saving Grants are a very good example as to how a business should operate.
