No discrimination against deafness!
Delete my previous review. I made a mistake and got muddled with another company. As they only spoke to me on the telephone, I have no record of their name but they definitely said they only discuss matters over the phone when, of course, I only hear in part of the conversation. Unfortunately, it is because of these mistakes that I avoid the telephone! Five stars!

Highly recommend Rural Energy, five star service.
Rural Energy have been amazing, it has been such a quick efficient service. Sarah Dayus has been so helpful and talked everything through with us and checked back once the survey was carried out. I highly recommend this company and it's staff for getting us the grant to allow us to get our solar panels and heat source air pump.

I saw an advert on Facebook from LMF…
I saw an advert on Facebook from LMF regarding rural heating grants and filled in online form - Sarah Dayus became my liaison - absolutely fantastic - replied to my questions quickly and efficiently, gave honest advise, I cannot fault her input and highly recommend. I then had assistance from Danial Jordan who again was very helpful and made the process very quick and easy.

Callum is a superhero
Callum is a superhero! As the voice at the end of the phone for Rural Energy Saving Grants, he is patient, knowledgeable, efficient. He guided us through the grant process and kept us updated throughout. We were very sceptical as previously were never entitled to grants or government help. However as the house is oil heated, no gas available in our area and I have an eligible health condition, Callum helped us apply for the grant. The whole process was very easy. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Callum. He’s a real asset to RESG, very many thanks!

I was a bit sceptical when I contacted the company about a grant but I am very happy I did. My point of contact was Callum. He kept me up to date with the whole process from start to finish, and the icing on the cake was I received confirmation just after Christmas our application had been successful. Helpful, knowledgable staff guided us through the claim process The various workmen were always great to deal with. The recommended things like heat source pump have transformed our home in the winter.

Very helpful
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. In fact I have passed their details on to other already.
Louise was fantastic and kept me up to date, even when there was nothing to update me with. There was a hiccup with the original company that was instructed and I had to start the process again but this wasn’t RESG fault and they were very reassuring and helpful.
