What a gem!
Sarah. What a gem that woman is!! No question was stupid, she was super helpful, diligent, checked in even when there was a pause on proceedings from the local authority. And she was funny, which made the whole process much less daunting! From start to finish this has been easier than I thought it would be and am very much looking forward to having hot water whenever I want it!

Exceptional Service
First encountered Sarah Dayus from Rural Energy Grants a few months back, when I made enquiries regarding the grant. From the very start, Sarah could not have been more helpful . She fully explained how the scheme worked and the steps in the process.Sarah maintained regular contact with me, checking that various parts of the process had been completed. She was like a “dog with a bone” in her dealings with the company who would carry out the internal insulation, solar panels and heat pump installation. She never gave up until a work commencement date was given.
I feel Sarah went above and beyond what was expected of her and represents Rural Energy Saving Grants exceedingly well.

Absolutely 5* and so professional!
I have been dreading the next winter. I'm disabled, not as young as I used to be, and have been struggling since losing my dear husband. I desperately needed help to navigate the schemes available for a heating upgrade- and have sadly been messed around and let down by some of the so-called 'support teams' operating in this field.
To say that Rural Energy Saving Grants has restored my confidence is an understatement! And especially the wonderful CALLUM HARRIS who has been an absolute star! Callum has gone over and above anything I could have hoped for, to support me with empathy, respectand patience. He has taken every possible care to support me completely (I'm often not the easiest person to deal with, as I struggle with mental health issues as well as being physically disabled) so he had his work cut out!
I can honestly say that Callum has been amazing. No matter what questions I asked, he took time to answer. He also reassured me with things I've been concerned about, and took a great deal of time to make sure I was completely happy with everything. Every step has been easy, thanks to hus help and professional support.
I simply can't praise Callum enough, and I'm so very grateful for all his help. Thank you, Callum, and thank you Energy Saving Trust. You have given me hope to get through another winter, when I'd given up.
And if you're Callum's boss reading this- please give that young man a much deserved pat on the back (at least!) as he's a credit to your company, in my humble opinion. Professional, caring, patient and so helpful - he is definitely someone to value!

I have to say I was initially sceptical about the ECO4 grant, but having gone through the application process and been accepted, I would definitely recommend RESG. Callum was our contact.. he was brilliant, an excellent communicator and kept us informed at every stage, nothing was too much trouble.

Grant application.
I completed a form months ago only to be told that they are not in our area yet, then out of the blue 3 weeks ago I got a call to say that they were now.The process from that moment was so easy, from receiving the forms online, then getting a call from the surveyor to finally being told that we qualify for the grant and that funding has been allocated.
I can’t thank Andy Collins enough, he “held my hand” through the whole process keeping me informed throughout.
So thank you Andy and Rural Energy Savings Grants, we will soon have Solar Panels and extra loft insulation to keep us warm and to lower our energy bill.

From my initial enquiry in Jan ‘25 and then throughout the whole application process the level of care and consideration of ourselves has been excellent, communication and customer care has been of the highest order. Particular mention has to be made to Louise Knight and latterly Sarah Dyaus for the professionalism, friendliness and diligence shown in pulling the threads together with their partners at LMF who also deserve recognition for organising all the various teams supplying and installing our system. Nothing has been too much trouble, they have all been flexible and friendly in their approach whilst delivering a neat and tidy installation. Any glitches were resolved quickly and we were involved in all day to day decisions. I cannot thank them all enough for the transformation to our home which is now future proof.

The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing, Callum has been my contact, his communication, support and care has been exceptional.
The work was carried out by thoughtful, professional engineers who took care and time with my elderly uncle, making sure he understood and was part of the process.

Energy Grant
I applied for a rural energy grant and was contacted by Sarah Dayus. She was very helpful throughout the process keeping me up to date with every stage. Thought it was too good to be true but Sarah Dayus assisted and guided me through the process and now have a fully funded grant approved with 8nstall imminent for solar, insulation and air source heat pumps.

Nothing short of brilliant.
The communication, emails, texts calls and general helpfulness of Callum at RSEG was outstanding. Even when we were out priced by the 1st company they advice and speed given by Callum has been brilliant. Everyone is always dubious about the grants etc however we have been really impressed so far.
