I had a really good feeling about this…
I had a really good feeling about this company right from the start. The messages received after my initial inquiry left me feeling confident this was a company I could trust. And I felt this way through the whole process. Callum was absolutely wonderful to deal with, he was efficient and clearly spoken and made everything easy to understand. Customer service excellence
We came across Rural Energy Saving Grants by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad we did. I’d seen that if you live in a property with solid walls, a low EPC and no mains gas you could be eligible and with both my daughter and I having asthma, this meant we qualified.
From the moment I got in touch, we were allocated a lovely guy called Andy Collins, whose customer service has been absolutely incredible. Nothing was ever too much trouble, he responded quickly, and more than anything he genuinely cared about our situation and how desperately we needed this.
Our house has always been so cold that people would only stay a couple of years before selling on. Now we’re booked in and everything should be completed before the cold weather sets in. I couldn’t be more pleased, and would highly recommend Rural Energy Saving Grants to anyone in the same boat.

Danny is the man to go to!
Danny was incredible from the start. Spoke to me about the ins and outs of the process and has supported me the full way through. We now have a grant and Danny is so happy and enthusiastic about it for us as he knows how we have struggled with keeping our home warm. Absolutely couldn't fault him, although we are now out of his hands he has said his number is always open if we need anything in the future!

Great Help

We embarked on the journey to find a grant for our new home with no knowledge of how the process worked.
After finding that many companies wanted to supply the service and having several surveys carried out Rural Energy Saving Grants arrived and stood head and shoulders about the rest.
We were expertly led through the process by Callum Harris, who was always available for support and guidance. His communication, customer service and knowledge was impeccable.
Without his guidance we would have given up on the process altogether.

An unexpected opportunity and outcome
My contact at the RESG has been Louise Oram-knight. I cannot praise her enough with the simplicity of applying for this grant, the speed at which it took to process the application and have the survey done and the allocation to the company which is carrying out the work. Louise is continuously following up with the eco company checking the progress and is easy to contact with any queries. I never thought we would have been eligible for this grant and Louise has made this as easy as she could. I know she will continue to be there until the work is done and everything is installed and up and running should I need her.all I can say is thank you.
I would say to anyone reviewing this , if you have a medical condition check the qualifying list of conditions as not everything is income related.

Our consultant was Louise Oram-Knight and she pulled out all the stops for us. We received full funding for solar energy and an air source heat pump running both heating and hot water.

An honest, transparent and genuine review
I applied for a grant on health grounds. I’m not going to lie, I was a little sceptical applying at first. I never thought I would be accepted. We were assigned Callum & from the start his communication and inter-personal skills were amazing, there was no hard sell or pressure from the beginning. He answered all my questions before & during the process and gave me weekly updates. Callum made the whole process easy, understandable and fluid. Despite having to go through two suppliers regarding modelling & funds, Callum made the transition to the second provider (Eco-providers, another amazing company) easy and with minimal fuss, duplication and helped to keep me informed all the way. The rural energy saving grant is real & genuine as am I - the recipient of a grant.

EC04 Grant
Joe Spencer helped me in a friendly and knowledgeable way through every step of the process. He was always available on the end of a phone and actively monitored progress.
Rural Grants clearly know what they are doing and made the experience so much easier with a great outcome - solar, insulation and heat pump.
Joe helped unblock some bottlenecks with the supplier and seemed to have the 'magic touch' in terms of getting others to move things along.
So glad I found Rural Grants. Our installation is booked, but has not yet taken place. Rural Grants and Joe have certainly done everything within their powers to ensure everything goes to plan. Thank you.

Andy C, who handled my application from the beginning was absolutely fantastic, so lovely to talk to you, explained everything so clearly and kept checking in to make sure everything was going okay which was really appreciated.

Sarah - fantastic support and excellent communication
Sarah was absolutely brilliant to work with, she answered every question I had and always responded promptly.
She done her best to keep the process moving smoothly and checked in with me and the energy company when things went quiet on the work front. It’s been a long process from starting the application to having the work done on my house and Sarah has been there supporting the process every step of the way.
I can’t fault her on anything. She’s done a fantastic job and made the whole process much easier to work through.
