I was a bit disappointed that it was only a digital copy because, based on the photos and the overall presentation, it looked like you would receive a physical package. I never saw any disclaimer mentioning that it was digital only.

That said, the bundle itself is very nice and very self-explanatory. Some files were damaged or missing, but customer service was very quick to respond and helped me resolve the issue.

I want to thank the guys at RPG Maps Forge. I purchased their product, but I didn't realize it was a digital product. They offered me a bonus package due to my misunderstanding. The product is very good and well-made, perfect for spending an evening in good company. I especially want to thank customer service for how they handled the situation. Great job!

What a great company to work with, and what fun products for the kids!

I did not realise the product was digital only as it is not made clear in their advertising and have emailed the company twice and been ignored. Since ordering have read reviews online on Reddit etc about the company being a scam and feel like I should have checked elsewhere other than on trustpilot before ordering. Feel really let down with a useless product as I do not have access to a printer and could have bought my kids other physical games for the amount of money I wasted on this.

Nur zip Dateien erhalten. Die Werbung ist irreführend, da es aussieht als erhalte man ein Spiel zugeschickt.

I had some issues after purchase and they were solved within 24 hours. Amazing customer service and from what I have seen a fantastic product, just make sure to have a printer handy after you purchase!

Scam - only digital files, does not mention anywhere. No refund. Scam.

I saw the advertisement of the product on Instagram. There was a sale, so as a DM I purchase right away. The product was like the description. All the instruction were very clear both for the download and the use of the resources.

The order process went smoothly and was very easy to complete. The products were delivered promptly afterwards and look great. There was one issue with the download, but after contacting support, a kind lady immediately took care of it and resolved the problem right away. Thank you very much for that!
There is nothing to complain about — the adventure was a lot of fun.

Wir haben das D&D Date Night Bundle gekauft. Meine Freundin kennt sich schon sehr gut mit D&D aus und ist begeistert vom ersten Teil. Mir hat es sehr gefallen alle Sachen auszudrucken und zubasteln.
Es gab ein kleines Problem beim Download, aber das wurde an einem Sonntag und super schnell gelöst. VIelen Dank! Bis zum nächsten Abenteuer!

We bought the D&D Date Night Bundle. My girlfriend is already very familiar with D&D and is thrilled with the first installment. I really enjoyed printing out all the materials and putting them together.
There was a minor issue with the download, but it was resolved—on a Sunday, no less—and incredibly fast. Thank you so much! Until our next adventure!

Well, even being a digital product instead of a physical one, I like it and also the support is being really good to me.

Purchasing and downloading all the materials was super easy. I did need some help from customer service and Rachel was fantastic! The stories were fun and immersive and my wife and I had a blast playing. It was my first time being the DM so i was a little nervous but it ended up being so easy to navigate the stories with the provided information.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, laut Werbung sollte es ein physisches Spiel sein. Was ich bekommen hab waren Dateien die ich selbst ausdrucken musste und laminiert habe.
Auf Nachfrage gab es nur die Aussage nein nur digital ohne alles.
Ich musste mir separate Würfel kaufen da wir komplett bei Null gestartet sind.

Hätte ich vorher gewusst was mich erwartet hätte ich diesen Kauf niemals getätigt ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld noch zurück.

Ich rate vom Kauf ab.

I've never tried DND before, but I saw this ad & wanted to try something new to do with my husband. He was reluctant to try it, but they made it really easy. Their customer service is great & they're very accommodating.

As has been mentioned by others this is a digital product, despite every picture showing a physical product. It does mention this, but only in the faq section if you manage to scroll to the very bottom of the page, well after the description, the purchase option, reviews and pictures of people using physical DND adventure. Clearly intended to catch people in exactly the way it has. To be clear the description doesn't mention the digital nature of the product.

Additionally RPG Maps although agreeing to refund my purchase have failed to do so.
