I accidently ordered 2. They were quick to respond to my issue and got everything resolved very smoothly.

Also das Spielmaterial sah auf den Bildern echt vielversprechend aus, aber es wurde nicht einmal erwähnt dass es nur ein DOWNLOAD ist und man Alles selbst ausdrucken muss....das war sehr frustrierend! Die Seite stellt es so dar, als würde man haptisches Spielmaterial kaufen. Sehr schade,daher auch noch kein Bericht dazu wie sich das Material spielt.

I’ve always been interested in D&D but never had the opportunity to get involved. This passionate group of people have made it possible for me to be able to learn alongside my boys, learning together and exploring the RPG/D&D world together which is something amazing for our whole family.
More so their customer service has been amazing, responding quickly and on a personable level. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’ve ever been curious of the D&D world, this is where you should look

After purchasing and waiting for a delivery timeframe email, I delved deeper into the products FAQ's and read that the kids bundle package is entirely digital. I'm extremely disappointed to read this as the website listing is incredibly misleading, stating, "no phones, no devices" and displaying a video of a family around the table with physical cards, maps dice and rolling trays. I think the company needs to make the context much clearer on the website product page, or provide physical products as the current advertising does not reflect the goods.
I have emailed the company twice requesting either a refund or for them to provide quality cards, maps, dice to me, etc but have been ignored. This was intended as a magical birthday present for my 5 year old girl and I have no intention of sitting down with poor quality printed paper props or passing a phone around the table to read from.
Unfortunately, it seems like a massive waste of time and money!

Outstanding, quick, friendly service from their team. Wish more companies were the same. Looking forward to purchasing again when they launch physical sets.

The ads for the products make it look like actual booklets and proper maps. Instead you get a zip file of PDFs and most of them are in German. There is no option to choose a language when purchasing.
I've given them 3 stars instead of 1 because their customer service does respond quickly. However, after telling them I had no interest in digital product, they simply offered me MORE digital product. I declined, politely but obviously unhappily, before they offered me a refund, then asked me to send them a "good review"
If you know what you're buying, great, I hope you enjoy it, but it's not what the ads show, and they don't clarify on their site, I went back and checked.

Great customer service. Cool product idea just wish it was made more clear that no physical components are included and it is all digital unless you print out the pdf. The advertising and photos on the website leave that somewhat unclear.

They only provide digital content.

The fact that they mention this in one sentence at the end of a faq page is not enough! Their promotion videos, high prices, and the language through their website makes you believe this is a physical product.

I asked for the die, and they told me to use digital ones or go buy some for myself.

I though I was supposed enjoy this complete package as a family like in the marketing videos?

It doesnt matter if they refund you. This is a customer misleading scamming behavior. I am not the only one facing this issue in these comments, so they KNOW this is the case, yet the page is still the same.

Don't support shady sellers.

I enjoyed playing D&D while I was growing up and it was equally as fun playing it with the family. This starter kit for kids was a great bridge into it. I'm looking forward to more adventures! The customer service was great as well! They were able to help me through an issue to make this all happen. Thank you!

I purchased a bundle expecting a physical product based on the advertisements, but received only digital files, including PDFs with Spotify links. Since I was looking for physical items to play with my kids, I requested a refund. Customer support initially tried to offer additional digital products and discounts, but once I reiterated my request, Rachel promptly processed a full refund. While the initial marketing was misleading, the customer service was responsive, professional, and handled the refund without any hassle.

I had a question about my purchase and wasn't entirely sure how everything worked. The support team answered quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. They made sure I understood everything without making me feel like I was asking silly questions.

The content is wonderfully creative and really encourages children to use their imagination. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating these adventures. Based on my experience so far, I'd happily recommend them.

Sehr nice und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Abenteuer sind absolut kindgerecht und würden auch Erwachsenen Spaßmachen. Für unsere Kinder waren sie etwas zu „einfach“, die sind aber schon Rollenspielerfahren (MERS/MERP).
Dennoch: Die Katen sind klasse, die Story eingänglich und das System leicht verständlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Seite suggeriert, dass es sich um physische Materialien handelt. Es ist aber „nur“ digital zum Download. Wenn das verstanden ist, ist das ein guter Kurs um ein paar sehr tolle und abenteuerlichen Stunden mit den Kindern zu verbringen.

Customer service was very responsive. However, this product is not advertised as entirely digital and I was expecting physical material, so if you are looking for physical media, this is not the product for you.

Total liebevoll gestaltetes Kids Bundel. 3 zauberhafte Kinder Abenteuer, alles gut verständlich und einsteigerfreundlich.
Hatte Probleme mit dem Download (lag am Handy).
Hab super schnell und freundlich Hilfe bekommen.
