So I ordered the Date night bundle. It arrived very quickly. I had one tiny problem with the download of one file. Because of that I contacted them and they replied to me very quickly and helped me fix it. I will buy again 10/10!!!!

As I received a refund for the purchase without having opened and viewed the product, this review is for the customer service. I had difficulty downloading the product in time, due to glitches that weren't my fault, causing me to miss the occasional for which i ordered the product. The customer service was prompt, personable, extremely understanding and ultimately resolved the issue very patiently and to my satisfaction. I received a full refund and I was very appreciative of the customer service operators with whom i corresponded. It was generous of them to honour the full refund as what purports to be a small business. I was very impressed with that and do intend to make another purchase in the future.

My wife just bought the date night bundle for our wedding anniversary. After a small problem with the downloads - that was solved in seconds thanks to the great email support (thanks a lot again) - I printed everything out and putted it together so we have three individual campaign-books now. The artwork is lovely and I’m very excited to start the first quest! Great product, great support, I recommend it to everyone who’s searching for an individual date night with their partner!

As others have stated, the marketing for this is extremely misleading - The entire product is digital download despite all the pictures and videos showing physical items. You actually have to look quite hard to find any references to this being a digital only product. Very disappointed, regardless of whether the product is actually any good or not, I do not appreciate the obviously misleading sales pitch.

My daughter loved it...it's great, the prints turned out really great too.
Can't wait to have it in Portuguese so I don't have to translate it on the fly.

Firstly, this is not a physical copy. When I found this (it is on the site but it is not clear) I contacted the site and asked a full refund, they politely offered an expansion but I declined and they swiftly put through a full refund.

When I first tried to download the content were some files corrupted or missing. I messaged the team and I got a really kind answer with a perfect solution.
That's costumer support at it's best!

Its so Great for the experience and Bonds it creates between the players!

Their customer service is so quick and so helpful. I love their content as well, they listen to customer suggestions and update their stories and provide the updated version for you completely free if you had already purchased an older edition. I highly recommend.

Bought the kids triple pack adventures, plan to run next week, Great simple rules for an 8, 10 and 11 year olds im running for, lovely maps, and cute easy to follow story A+++++

Das Produkt ist ausschließlich digital in Form von haufenweise Zip Dateien verfügbar. Diese wiederum enthalten weitere Dateien, die selbst ausgedruckt werden müssen. Die ganze Aufmachung der Seite nebst Produktbeschreibungen und Kommunikation suggerieren, dass man ein physisches, out-of-the-box und spielfertiges Erlebnis bekommt. Für mich hätte das Wissen darüber maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, das Produkt NICHT zu erwerben.
Ein prominenter Print-at-Home Hinweis wäre anbieterseitig fair gewesen. So fühlt sich das alles nach Scam an. Finger weg von diesem Anbieter.

This was a crock. They try to act as though this is a physical map. They insinuate it at every step of the way and only at the very end is it revealed that its just a PDF! Absolute scam low rent business practices. Buyer beware!

I emailed with concerns after my purchase I was u able to download anything they got back to me quickly and fixed the issue I was happy my money wasn't wasted thinking it may of been a scam it is not

Bought believing it to be a physical product based upon the wording and the pictures on the site.
Only when I was sent the digital download link did i realise something was wrong.
After much back and forth Ive received 50% back which i clearly said wasn't acceptable.
This is misselling avoid.
I shall have to raise a dispute with my bank for the remainder.

Ich hatte vorher bereits gelesen, dass es sich um rein digitalen Content handelt, deswegen war ich davon nicht enttäuscht. Hätte ich das aber hier nicht vorher gelesen, wäre es mir genauso gegangen. Ich habe die 3 Kids-Abenteuer gekauft und diese sehen halbwegs vernünftig aus. Allerdings sieht der Content sehr KI generiert aus - was ich nicht 100%ig weiß und was nicht zwingend etwas schlechtes sein muss, aber den Preis leider nicht rechtfertigt.
Ein physisches Produkt für den gleichen Preis, wäre OK gewesen.

Vorbereitungen sind natürlich erforderlich, auch wenn das anders suggeriert wird.

Am meisten stört mich tatsächlich, das es so aussieht, als wenn da sehr wenig selbst gemacht wurde, sondern die Idee lediglich in ein LLM gegeben wurde, der Rest wurde generiert, übersetzt und direkt so verkauft. Coole Verkaufsidee, hätte man besser mit physischen Produkten kaschieren können.
