As has been mentioned by others this is a digital product, despite every picture showing a physical product. It does mention this, but only in the faq section if you manage to scroll to the very bottom of the page, well after the description, the purchase option, reviews and pictures of people using physical DND adventure. Clearly intended to catch people in exactly the way it has. To be clear the description doesn't mention the digital nature of the product.

Additionally RPG Maps although agreeing to refund my purchase have failed to do so.

The people behind this company are fantastic! I love D&D and I definitely recommend doing business with them. They're very quick in their responsiveness. As soon as you pay, your games are available for downloading and printing. And their customer service is top notch. Support small business!

I purchased this for my students to learn to work together. They are really enjoying the game. I have adapted it a bit (using my own D&D materials) to give them a few more options leveling abilities.
I had problems downloading one of the Adventures, but customer service hooked me up, and everything went through.

Quick delivery of product. Had an issue with one of the files and they quickly sent me new link to rectify it.

Beware its a digital product, trying to scam people by making it seem like you receive something physical. You dont. You’ll get a file and have to print everything yourself with some AI generated story. Avoid

Bundles are advertised as physical products but the only thing you actually get is a digital download, with 'artwork' and text which is AI generated

The customer service representative (Rachael) was extremely helpful when I had a problem. She kept in touch with the entire time and all was resolved very quickly. As for the game, my granddaughter was SO EXCITED to get the adventures to share with her younger sisters, but also to use with her older D&D group. I have printed some of the pages for her to use. We have purchased the D&D for kids as well the one shot adventures. These look like a perfect fit for our 14 year old granddaughter to use, and to teach her 11 year old siblings how to learn the game. THANK YOU for being SO HELPFUL and providing so much help. We will definitely be looking forward to purchasing more products in the future.

This is simply too good of a date night to pass up. The story is thrilling, the handouts are expertly crafted, and the optional romantic moments create an extra level of intrigue. My partner has never played DnD and I have been playing for over a decade, yet I feel like both of us are enjoying this equally! I will recommend this to any couple interesting in fun date nights and will likely be buying more as new stories get released!!

I purchased the starter set for my son who is turning 12, who's never played DnD, we are all new to the game as a family. It looks like an amazing starting place and I have to say, the communication and correspondence I have received from this small little company has been incredible, so informative. They say all good things come in small packages, definitely the case for this little team of suppliers. Highly recommend!

Rachel from customer care was genuinely top-tier. No scripted nonsense, no defensive tone—just calm, clear, and actually human. She listened, understood the situation straight away, and handled it with a level of professionalism and empathy that you don’t see often anymore.

No friction, no back-and-forth, no making me feel like I had to fight my corner. Just fair, respectful handling and a smooth refund.

I don’t throw praise around for the sake of it—but Rachel absolutely nailed this. If that’s the standard of customer care here, it says a lot about the company.

There is no indication on their website that this is just a downloadable package, every photo makes you think you're getting paper adventures and not PDFs.

The site was advertising a kids D&D adventure and the website raved about "Real Quality Time
No phones, no screens — just your family around the table, laughing and creating memories that last."
Showing you families with books and print out, tokens etc.

There is no mention at all about the product being 'digital only' unless you look at the FAQ section about how the item is delivered and what format it comes in.

I have sent several emails to them and all have gone ignored.

This falls under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 where items are miss sold and by law consumers are protected but they seem to give very little care of this fact.

This company is a scam with misleading advertising. The ads show nothing about this being a digital product only, instead they are full of language strongly suggesting that their products are easy to use with minimal preparation. I am not presented with information about this being a digital product before payment has been made.

Customer Service is patronizing, and refuses to refund or acknowledge misleading advertising. Their business model is based around tricking people info making a purchase of a product they do not want. They are fully aware that customers are unaware this is a digital product only, and refuse to change their practice in any way.

In my case, some download files were duplicates, while others were missing. I provided clear information with screenshots and immediately received a helpful response along with the correct files to download!

We had a great deal of fun with our first campaign, which was likely also due to how engaged we were with the story and how actively we role‑played within it. If you don’t approach the campaign completely unprepared, it is fairly easy to get into.
One area that could be improved is a clearer distinction between actual storytelling elements and information that is merely intended as background flavor to enrich the atmosphere. It would help the Game Master if the narrative focus were more clearly indicated.
Initially, some cards were missing, but they were sent to us quickly. The customer service was fast and friendly, so I have nothing negative to say in that regard.
However, when comparing my “old version” with the replacement version I received, I noticed several differences. The first version included only six tokens, while the other contained eight. The final encounter also differed, as it used different cards and titles. I will not reprint everything again, but this is still disappointing, as I already bound the materials and invested a considerable amount of time to reach the current state.
