Completely avoid. I have tried to get in contact several times. In different ways and havent heard anything back in 2 weeks. Very misleading product. Spending £30 for pretty much nothing is ridiculous. The whole thing is a scam. AVOID!

I wasn't aware, that the products are only digital. I'm old school guy and want to hold my pen and paper in the hand. But obviously i was very attracted. Nevertheless, I got in contact with customer service and finally i got back my money. So, top (digitial) product and great customer servcie

First of all, this is a digital product, I didn't know that at the beginning and asked the costumer service because i was a little disappointed but they offered me some solutions. The customer service replys very fast and is also very friendly. I had some problems with the download and they instantly send me another download link. I am actually not really a fan of DnD but my boyfriend loves it and playing that alone with him made me like it too. So I think this is even something for people who don't play DnD.

Completely misleading. There is no physical product despite the clear implication you will receive one. Information relating to it being digital only is hidden away in the FAQs. This would not get past UK consumer legislation if it appeared in a magazine or on TV. I would add that £27.00 for a pdf D&D product is way over the market rate hence why most people would assume it is a physical product. PDF products such as this are normally much less. To their credit they repaid my money with minimal fuss after first trying to bribe me with more pdf products. The girl who dealt with my refund was called Rachel and she was good. Change your ad.

Die Bilder suggerieren, dass es sich um physikalische Ware handelt. Nach Kauf und Erhalt eines unerwarteten Downloadlinks habe ich sofort widerrufen. Nach nun bereits zweimaliger Erinnerung erhielt ich immer wieder die selbe Mail, vom Tonfall zwar nett, dass sich um den Widerruf gekümmert wird. Mehr passiert nicht.
Werde nun auf andere Weise versuchen mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.
Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass, wenigstens bei mir, sich nicht daran gehalten wurde, darauf hinzuweisen, dass ich beim Kauf digitaler Medien ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht habe, auf welches ich mit einem Download verzichte. Dies verstößt gegen geltendes EU-Recht. Ich habe nun den Vorgang an Paypal gegeben, auch mit dem Hinweis auf den Rechtsverstoß. Vielleicht mag dies auch anderen hier helfen.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was double charged for the kids D&D pack. I sent many many emails for months to try and get someone who can help refund me for the extra cost. NOT. One. Single. Email. Back. They claim that they care about their customers and respond to every email. This is a lie. Do not trust this company. Its a money grab. Also its all digital which is not clearly advertised.

We have played d &d for years and wanted to involve much younger players and this product rocks! Great easy to understand system and plenty of resources in the pack .
The customer service I received after an error ordering on my part was quick, friendly and sorted instantly. Just brilliant.

Strong and rich material, definitely worth it's money. Even better, from a customer experience point of view, was the reaction to mistaken download link I found in a translation to German: instant and entirely resolving reaction and communication. Being a customer would be much easier if this company's exemplary service quality was market standard.

Really great content. Excited to keep playing. The kids love it. Very well thought out, simple enough for the kids to follow but has enough in it to challenge and keep them entertained.

ich konnte 2 abenteuer nicht richtig runterladen und habe mich deshalb an den kundenservice gewendet. habe super schnell eine freundliche antwort bekommen mit einem neuen link der dann einwandfrei funktioniert hat. ist selten geworden, deshalb bin ich super zufrieden :).

I've bought the "Date Night Bundle". I'm completly new to D&D but my fiancé is really into it. It's definetly a nice way to get into it as a newbie.
I had some struggles to download one adventure but the customer service was quick to solve that problem.

Really great and responsive customer service. I was having some trouble understanding what to do. They were super helpful with guidance on how to print everything.
I am in the midst of getting everything printed out. Went down to my local game shop and purchased 3xd20's. I have read the adventures, prepped my story telling with my wife.... I can't wait to launch this with the kids. They are going to love this!!

This is soo well thought out! You can feel the passion of these creators. And customer service is excellent!!!

The company is honest, quick to help, and the software is awesome. No complaints! I simply needed to find my download link after changing Operating Systems. I forgot it was tied to Humble Bundle.

Emailed in with a question as I had misunderstood something and, amazingly in this day and age, a real person emailed back quickly and was very helpful. Great customer service.

Totaler Scam. Nirgends wird auf der WebSite oder dem Shop explizit darauf hingewiesen das es sich um rein digitalen Content handelt. Die Bewerbung mit Bildern glücklicher Menschen, aber auch dem unverschämt hohen Preis auf der Seite suggeriert bewusst die Produkte als Physikalisch. Das ist betrügerisches Vorgehen. Die Widerrufsbelehrung ist rechtlich ungenügend und der Support dem es ja anscheinend soooo wichtig ist die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen reagiert überhaupt nicht!
Hier sollte keiner was bestellen!

This is a scam. My kids and I were so excited to give this a try having watched the adverts on social media. On paying, it became apparent however that this is NOT a physical product. As I do not have a printer this is completely useless to me. I have since contacted customer services multiple times over a number of weeks to request a refund and still have heard nothing back. Disgraceful.
