Today we had the pleasure of being connected with Ella due to a problem that the KC site froze half way through -surprise surprise. . We have had over the years some very bad experiences with the KC and the website/staff and expect will continue to have these . BUT exception to the rule this morning and so credit is due to the help we received from Ella as a person for her patience and understanding she is a credit to where she works and needs to be recognised for it .

Fantastic experience Ella was very patient and helpful. Guided me through the the change of ownership online as I was having problems with and made clear with her instructions. So big thank you from me as I was stress at first and totally relax and enjoyed having someone to help me

Amazing support, really easy and quick to get help with setting up and account and completing the transfer for our puppy. Marie was amazing and quickly sorted my issues.

staff are great and do a good job - not enough of them though - and the certificates being sent out wrong etc could save a lot of issues in the first place - please sort out the system and get people who understand dog showing in the building - not just generic staff.

Gloria was amazing she did change of ownership of my new pup all over the phone which made things so much easier for me,explained everything clearly to me.

Marie helped me the first time and was extremely helpful. Sadly call wait on KC cost me 112.00 usa in phone charges

I was fortunate to not wait as long this time. I had emailed a week ago for help and got no response so I called again.

I got Marie thank goodness! She knows her business and process and steered me a different direction to get me what I needed and offered tips and suggestions for other transactions I will be needing.

Our AKC here is not near as knowledgeable and I have to tell you customer experience is everything and she has the skills and knowledge of her work and excellent customer service!

The registration form (form 8) would not work on line. Telephone answered in about 8 minutes by Olivia. She was pleasant, calm, patient, understanding and very professional. There was a history of issues on the KC web site with two joint accounts together with a third that had not been resolved. This complicated matters but Olivia sorted it all out and my initial enquiry was addressed with the registration completed. Olivia was a credit to the KC.
(p.s. the telephone on hold music is 'bluesy', calming and much better than others).

Maria was lovely and so easy to talk too. So helpful and knowledgeable and helped me in so many more ways than I had called up for initially. She guided me to different areas of how the kennel club can help and to advice that will benefit myself and my young litter so much. I have NEVER had a bad experience or phone conversation with any1 at the kennel club. I really can't compliment them enough. As a 1st time breeder I am still learning and they have been so helpful
