Ordered ten days ago, still not arrived. Estimated delivery time was three days and no warning at time of purchase that it would be shipped from Europe. Avoid.
Swimsuit very uncomfortable with prolonged wear. Legs ride up at the front and rub, as do thick and bulky seams on the inside. For the price, I'm very disappointed.

After sending the wrong pair of slippers (advertised with different pictures) I received no reply whatsoever to any of my emails, and as per their policies I am liable to cover the return cost for your own mistake?
F.u.c.k this company and I will never get anything from Roxy or Quicksilver ever again.

Ordered a £600 paddle board and was sent a cheap pair of kids slippers. Multiple attempts to contact customer service but no response. Had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Abysmal experience, border line criminal. Avoid.
Spent over £300 on swimwear for myself…
Spent over £300 on swimwear for myself and my daughter. I’d ordered a couple of things to try on before our holiday. I only received one swimsuit for my daughter. Can’t get through to customer services and no answer on email! Fuming!
This company is appalling
This company is appalling. Our large order has been delivered to the wrong address. I have been unable to contact customer service, emails bounce back, the online contact goes unanswered and the phone rings out. I can’t believe a business is allowed to operate in this way.

Awful experience with Roxy recently what a shame as an establish surfing brand! Purchased items online its said free return/ deliver for member. I have returned the items on 22/6/25 to Boardrider as per label. However the assigned courier company has lost the return items on its way as there is no update on the tracking number since. It was at the same time that i returned gym clothes to another company. They have issued a refund right away & apologies for the lost items. Emailed Roxy several times there were no responses whatsoever but an automated message said they will investigate in 10 days after the item has arrived in the warehouse followed by a service rating request. Contact them via Instagram/ Facebook but no reply at all. Such a shame as Roxy use to be my favourite surfing gear/ clothes but with such bad service has certainly tarnished the reputation of the brand & I will never shop again on their website. I'm still waiting for their respond & refund. I hope this will give others a headsup who wanted to buy/ return on their website think twice.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Returned a dress which they received 2 weeks ago. I've had no refund or acknowledgement. Chased it but no response apart from an automated email. Will take it further for my money.
Item missing from delivery
I ordered two swimsuits from Roxy online. Two days later I received an opened parcel with only one swimsuit. I've raised the issue with Roxy and they've told me that as the parcel (half empty!) was delivered, there is nothing they can do and that they will not refund the £65 for the missing item. I appreciate the fault is with Royal Mail and not with Roxy, but it is not my error here, as the seller and primary merchant they should care about customer service and repeat custom. I will never shop with them again.
Never received Items and got nothing from customer service
Ordered something having had nice items before, they have been impossible to get hold of despite delivering one of the items to the complete wrong address (so I can't go and get it).
The other parcel did arrive, but since reading the reviews I'm reluctant to return it in case I never get refunded...
Total scam
Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Order was cancelled and refunded, then 3 weeks later the payment was randomly taken again, and the item (which I no longer needed) arrived a while later. No email or written confirmation of the order number, so no way of returning it. I’ve been emailing, messaging on social media for weeks now asking how to return it - no reply. I’m stuck with a £100 bikini I don’t need or want.

I ordered online from roxy online web site and they took too long to give the items for delivery so I couln't use the ski items I ordered. I ended up buying them from another company and gently asking customer service to cancer the order before they give the items for delivery. Customer service said it wasn't possible to cancel and advice me to decline the package once it arrives. The courier left the items outside my house and I didn't receive any e mails regarding delivery options. I told this to customer service. Every time I e mailed them they took several days to answer me back and did not provide any solution. I don't recommend anybody to buy anything from this company because they are not running their businness respectfully.

Not refunded me in excess of £300 for ski gear. No response to my queries other than auto replies which don't answer my question. Will never order from them again.
Avoid Roxy – No Refund for Lost Order!
I placed an order with Roxy for a snowboard worth over £220 on 11 January 2025. The item was shipped via Royal Mail, but it was lost in transit, and the tracking has not been updated since.
I have repeatedly emailed Roxy for a resolution but have received no response. When I finally got through on the phone, their customer service refused to issue a refund, claiming they need Royal Mail’s confirmation of the loss. This effectively means that if Royal Mail never confirms the loss, I may never get my money back.
This is completely unacceptable and a breach of consumer rights. Under UK consumer law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Roxy is responsible for ensuring the item is delivered to me. Since the order never arrived, I am legally entitled to a refund or a replacement. Additionally, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the retailer is responsible for the item until it is received by the customer.
Roxy’s refusal to refund me is a clear violation of UK consumer protection laws, and I will be escalating this case to Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman if they do not resolve this immediately.
Avoid this company – terrible customer service and no accountability!
Bunch of liars
Bunch of liars. We bought online ticket and then the “manager” who I believe was Eritrean or Somalian refused to let us go and made us join the queue. Made us pay £13 for online ticket and didn’t let us jump the queue even though that was said in the description. Furthermore the club itself is overpriced very small and claustrophobic and terrible music

Really wish I had looked on Trustpilot before ordering from Roxy. I placed an order which specified at checkout would be received on Friday 10th January. It's 13th and it still hasn't been dispatched.
I have tried to contact customer service to cancel the order, as it is too late, but they have been IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Finally when they responded, they said that the order couldn't be cancelled because it was 'in progress'. They don't give you any information eg. when it will actually be dispatched. At this point I feel like I've flushed £260 down the toilet and considering disputing the transaction with my bank.

What a shocking company. I contacted customer support regarding my £19.80 refund and got sent an automated reply from Alice about my return postage. I didn't return order 12051676 - Roxy cancelled it after 20 days, no explanation. They haven't responded to my last Trustpilot review so I don't expect them to even read this one.
My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing a Roxy clothing item, other retailers like DressInn stock them - costs more in postage - but they are way better than buying direct - which is ridiculous!!!

If I could leave zero star review I would! I’ve been a part of the boardrider group for years but my last 2 orders have been appalling to say the least!
Order 1: System issues “apparently” was marked return to sender and never made it to the UK. Worst customer service response, completely unacceptable.
Order 2: Had to order same items again as was a Christmas present. Still no delivery or update on the App, sent multiple emails no response and have called twice both times cut off after 20 mins of waiting. Don’t believe anyone is answering the phones, as there isn’t even an opening message, just someone will be with you. This is appalling and will be reported to trading standards.
