Ordered ten days ago, still not arrived. Estimated delivery time was three days and no warning at time of purchase that it would be shipped from Europe. Avoid.
Swimsuit very uncomfortable with prolonged wear. Legs ride up at the front and rub, as do thick and bulky seams on the inside. For the price, I'm very disappointed.

Shocking company do not use!
Ordered a puffer coat and wasn’t happy with the design so returned within 2 hours of receiving on the 03-Dec-2025 received at the warehouse on the 05-DEC-2025.
I’ve emailed customer service numerous times and keep a getting a generic reply of please wait 10 working days which I have. Now no response from them as it’s ticked over the 10 working days. I’ve had to raise the issue through the payment platform I used and they are receiving no response. No telephone number for the UK, I am pretty sure there is no actual person manning the customer service and it is just a bot who takes certain phrases and responds and sometimes what they say doesn’t correlate to what I have asked.
Not sure if I will get my refund of £88 which is very upsetting as it was bought with birthday money but really bad service I won’t be ordering from them again.

No customer service - no refund received
Sent my order back on 18/11/2025 and still have not received my refund. Contacted many times since beginning of December and not had one single reply. No one to speak to so frustrating and disappointing.
Update:
I finally received a response 24/12/2025 to one of many many form submissions and a helpful person issued a refund. I changed my subject line to ask for a human to respond not sure if that helped. It was also a form submission where I advised I would write a review online which I don't usually do - if they didn't respond. I wrote this review before they got back to me.

Sent my order back on 21/11/2025 and still have not received my refund of nearly £400. Contacted multiple times since beginning of December and not had one single reply. Luckily bought via credit card so will try claim back via Amex but please do not risk your money with this awful company.

Great quality jackets, good communication
I was really worried when I saw the reviews on here after purchasing two snowboard jackets in the Black Friday sale.
I received the first one really quickly, I am guessing it came from the UK warehouse. The other one took a little longer as it was sent from France but I was sent regular updates from Roxy and the courier throughout the parcel's transit. It arrived a week after placing my order.
Overall, and considering the second item came from France, all this was rather quick.
Both jackets are beautiful and extremely well designed. One of them has a special warming panel which I absolutely love and the logo looks really cool when lit. You do have to buy a battery to make it work, I got mine on Amazon as I couldn't wait, but Roxy sells them as well.
Overall I am over the moon with my purchase and definitely recommend this retailer.

Absolutely love this wetsuit. Roxy quality, styling and flexibility allowed by the suit mean paddle boarding in colder weather made easier. Delivery can be slower depending on whether dispatched from uk or Europe but well worth the wait.

Disappointed with product quality and customer service
I purchased a Happy Waves Short Sleeve Rash Vest for Women (£32), which stretched after washing it once — even though I followed the washing instructions precisely. I contacted Roxy to discuss a refund or an alternative resolution, but their response felt dismissive and unhelpful. They barely engaged with the issue, leaving me with an expensive t-shirt that’s now unwearable. I’m disappointed with the product itself, but even more so with the level of customer service. I wouldn’t buy from Roxy again.

Incorrectly fulfilled order but no order number given with delivery so couldn't fill out returns form.
Like others have said, impossible to contact Customer Service via phone (goes dead each time) or email (automated response with same wording as website).

My parcel went missing after delivery
My parcel went missing after delivery, it was left at front of house. I was treated with suspicion regarding this delivery issue and have spent the last three months trying to get my money back (£114.75) I have now been offered a voucher, but I want a refund as have no desire to purchase anything else from this company given their very poor customer service and responses to date- do not order anything on line from this company if you want redress if any issues.
