The Passenger micro fleece was only available in my size on ebay and this company. However, the ebay one did not accept returns, which is always a big no for me.
The price was about the same so althoughI was a bit concerned that it was a European company, I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The delivery time was reasonable and I received lots of emails keeping me up to date with the progress of my parcel.

The item received said pannier bags on the box but contained children's walking shoes. In email correspondence, I asked for a FULL refund incl postage, as the mispick was their fault. The responses back were vague at best. The shoes were sent back well over a month ago now - they've confirmed receipt and that they were on way to Germany from the UK centre - but still no refund.

I was going to place an order for replacement panniers from here but I won't. I also will never consider them for any other purchases. The price was good, but service rather less so.

I didn't realise company was based abroad when I palced the order. They gave free insurance for delivery, and order arrived on schedule

I have been looking for a Jack Wolfskin Jacket to replace one that I have owned for several years and found what I was looking for on the Alpinetrek website.
I knew the company was based in Germany, this didn't worry me initially. After purchasing the product having seen some of the reviews on Trust Pilot I was worried that I may have made a mistake and that I would never recieve the product.
I am glad to report that having ordered on Friday, the jacket arrived today. I was exactly what I ordered, the correct size and a very good price point - I am totally happy with the service and the product.
