Great clothes, good quality and lovely designs. I ordered items for myself and daughter and they were all lovely. I recommend sizing up though as they do come up small.

I bought two lovely tops in the half price sale. The orange one is perfect to wear with my summer skirt with its pattern of oranges and lemons. And the white one I can wear with skirts or trousers. Easy to order and the delivery was prompt.

Customer service is something that really is a downer on this product

Ordered ten days ago, still not arrived. Estimated delivery time was three days and no warning at time of purchase that it would be shipped from Europe. Avoid.

I ordered £411 of clothing (12 items) from Roxy on 29/3. I received 4 items on 4/4 (about £80 worth). I have been contacting Roxy ever since about the meaning £320 worth of clothing. I asked them to cancel the remaining order three weeks ago as it was too late. Five weeks on they are now saying they are waiting for the warehouse to cancel the order and then they will refund me. But we have been waiting on the warehouse cancelling the order for 3 weeks so I don't see why it's taking this long.

They are also refusing to allow me to return the items I have until they have cancelled the rest of the order...why, I have no idea!!!

So basically I am now I am £400+ out of pocket for five weeks and have not received part of the order and cannot return the part order I have received.

Awful customer service, I would definitely never buy from them again and would urge others not to either.

I love Roxy. Best part of 30years wearing their clothes and accessories. The quality has not changed. I still wear some that are still good from the beginning. Never been let down. Just remember to wash everything at 30’ to make sure you’re kind to the clothes x

Swimsuit very uncomfortable with prolonged wear. Legs ride up at the front and rub, as do thick and bulky seams on the inside. For the price, I'm very disappointed.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. It took 2 weeks to deliver my order to begin with and I had no updates on its status despite trying to contact the customer support.

I've returned the order over a month ago, but have not received my refund and again, when trying to get in touch they respond with an automated message. No way to call or contact a live person. I'll be trying to claim a refund through my bank, but really recommend not wasting your time or energy with this business. By far one of the worst online retail experiences I've had.

I contacted customer services as I feel I was overcharged (the final amount changed was full price even though I used their sign up discount. Customer services didn't bother to respond. I ended up paying in full!
