This is my second review of Rossi Nails. (I have removed my first) My first review was very negative but after a couple of attempts and a lot of acetone I have kind of mastered the art. You do need a nail buffer and brush and you really need to manicure your nails first. The reason it’s not five star is that it is actually quite difficult to use and does chip easily unless you apply a lot of coats which does give you a fat nail appearance.
The colours are totally amazing and there is an excellent range of choice. I will keep using and improving my technique.

Super love all of their products!!! They have great products that are easy to use, wide range of colors to choose from (your imagination is the limit), most all superb customer service. They take care of their customers just like family. Now, I am so addicted with changing my nail colors every week. It's the best hobby everrr!!!

I’ve used powders for the first time ever, and was truly impressed, how easy it was! The trial kit has everything what you need,also i’ve watched some tutorials on Rossi Nails Youtube channel. My nails look better than the salon nails, i’ve got tons of compliments from everybody. I love love love Rossi❤️❤️❤️

The ROSSI Products are super easy to use and I like how super shiny their topcoat is. I got the glam powder set and all products were awesome! Definitely worth my money!

My order came pretty fast. The products are great. At first I was afraid because I didn’t know how to use it but i found many useful tutorials on Youtube.
The nails resisted around 4 weeks.
Overall my experience was good.

I have to say I was skeptical at first before I ordered bc the reviews on here were not good but I checked their official site and people there seemed pleased. I bit the bullet and ordered their trial kit and it arrived in a couple of days.

I didnt have experience with powder for manicure but even so it took me under 30 minutes to do it. First attempt was not so good as I didnt have a nail file to buff but went and got one and the second time was much better. They have so many pretty colors I cant wait to oder more!

I wanted to try as I tried poly gel (from a different company) and it was horrendous. My order was lost in the post, but once contacted the customer service team rectified the situation and sent a new order out.. I received this within a few days! I was very happy with this!
The product itself is brilliant! I only have 3 different coloured dips so far and I love them! It’s easy to use, it’s long lasting and brilliant colours.
I definitely recommend and I can’t wait to try new colours.

I waited over a month for my shipment and even asked them to not ship it because there was no need anymore! They said once an order is in progress they can’t do anything. Once I got it, I tried it! It was HORRIBLE! Worst product I ever bought, it clumped, the powder felt super rough as well and I’ve gotten dip done for years. And their 100% money back thing is a joke too.

After waiting over a month for my ROSSI Nails order, they sent the package to the wrong address and refuse to offer a refund. On 4/28/2020 I ordered 1 Glam Powder Primer and 1 Glam Powder "Party Til Dawn" Bundle. The order confirmation email states that the processing time for the order is 12-15 days and shipping is 2-5 delivery days. On 5/13/2020 I received an email that my order has been shipped and will arrive in 2-5 business days. I continuously tracked the order for 2 weeks after this email but the tracking number could not be found. I tried to be patient with ROSSI and give them additional week before contacting them, as this was my 2nd order with ROSSI... the 1st order took about a month also with the same shipping/tracking issues. They use COVID as their delayed shipping excuse although other business I patronize have had no problems filling orders in a timely manner. On 5/29/2020 I finally received an email that my shipping status has been updated. When I go to track the order since I had not received a package I seen that it was Delivered on 5/23/2020 to Charlotte, NC, however, my shipping address clearly states McLean, VA. I contact the shipper and they verified the shipping address on the label they received says Charlotte, NC. My next step was to contact ROSSI. They gave every excuse except to take responsibility. They started by telling me to check with my neighbors (Charlotte, NC is over 500 miles away), and then they blamed DHL e-commerce even though I had already spoken to them and they delivered to the address they received. Ultimately I just asked for a refund.. the response was then given that they had received authorization to send me another package. I informed them that if it was going to take another month then I did not want it, I only wanted a refund. They refuse to give a refund unless whoever received the package in Charlotte returned it to their warehouse. I'm not sure why they are so sure a person that received a free package of nail produce would pay to send them back, but either way I should not have to chance my money on this because ROSSI made a mistake. Through all the communication back and forth ROSSI continues to avoid ownership of their mistake and offer a refund.

If you want products in a timely manner or halfway decent customer service, DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSSInails.com

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Took forever to get items and then one item was missing have emailed over and over. People are clueless. First they ask me to take a photo of the bottom of the jar. How can you do this without the item? Next email they offer a gift card for the inconvenience "to try something new on them" but can use it to buy what I didn't get. How is that something good. In the end I would be paying more money to get what I was missing. I said I didn't want it. I just want to be reimbursed for my missing item. Get another email from Diana one of the founders of the company telling me I didn't get my order because it is in my shopping cart. WHAT??? She said they would send my order after I complete it and pay. Again I send another email saying I deleted the cart I am not buying anything else and I already paid for the item. I never received it. I gave the order number yet again to show proof. What do I get another email yet again apologizing for the problems with delivery and offering a refund for the item once I send it back. Again how do I send something back that I never received. They do not comprehend the fact that I was missing part of my order. I am sick and tired of dealing with people that can't understand this concept. Don't waste your time with this company unless you are OK with dealing with this. I am sorry I ever recommended this company to anyone. At this point I am debating on writing to the BBB with the emails they sent just because it is ridiculous.

We ordered Rossi nails on April 14 during Covid-19 shelter in place as a fun mother-daughter activity. When we hadn’t received the product in over three weeks we contacted them and they told us if we hadn’t received the product by May 21st they would refund our money and let us keep the product. When it did not arrive by May 21st they refused to make good on their promise. They offered us a gift card for part of the amount of our initial purchase price. When we placed our order it did not accept the gift card and charged our debit card for the entire purchase. I will NEVER buy another product from them and would strongly caution anyone before they decide to buy products from them.

Literally the same issue as other reviews. Product was ordered at the beginning of April. A tracking number was provided but according to the tracking website it is not valid. Contacted customer service to find the order. Asked for refund and was offered a gift card or other products as compensation. I was told to send the product back first. How?!?! When no product has been shipped??? Scam company!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would - my girlfriend placed an order over 6 WEEKS ago and there has been no delivery, coupled with the fact their customer service is appalling. Not once has she been offered a refund despite asking for one, all she has been offered is a laughable $35 dollar gift card! In the same e-mail, she was also asked to return the items she hadn't received. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on March 30, and received an email that the package was “shipped” on April 5th. I reached out to them on April 21st to ask if my package may have gotten lost. They gave me an excuse that they are currently creating masks, hand sanitizers and other medical equipment, first. That’s fine, but then you need to mention on your website that you are currently not fulfilling orders due to COVID-19!!! They told me that it should be scheduled for delivery in the next 4-7 days. It is now May 5th and I STILL DO NOT have any confirmation or updates on where my order is. Customer service stopped replying to my messages so I am left with no choice other than disputing the charge with my bank.

Do yourself a favor and DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
