I payed for something and they didn’t send , y am calling for 2 days

Received my orders - pretty happy with the quality - tried some from other companies but the Rossi ones were the best to apply and lasted the longest.

Placed an order, the order shipped and tracking shows the order was returned to sender (I did not return the order and it was never received by me).

Customer service does not respond to numerous emails. I'm guessing I'll never get my money back.

My order wasn’t sent after 10 days so I chased it up. Was told some items were out of stock (no one bothered to let me know why my order hadn’t been sent). I agreed to receive the out of stock items later. Order arrived with a faulty bottle of base gel which had leaked out over half. I asked for a replacement and in the meantime I used the little bit I had left to try the system. The whole process was messy and fiddly and looked patchy and uneven. If you file to smooth, it just gets more patchy. I asked for a return address but my request was ignored and instead I was asked how I had managed to use the set of the base had all leaked, implying I was somehow not telling the truth.. My advice would be don’t bother! Awful product and awful customer service. They still haven’t given me return information.

Great customer service and amazing product.

Rossi changed my life. No more expensive nail appointments. Waiting with knackered nails for the next time you can get an appointment.

Sadly today Rossi Nails refunded me $5 of a $52 Oorder with no explanation of why a full refund was not issued. THEY could not provide me with the goods ordered, so you would presume a full refund would be forthcoming. Terrible customer service!
Dreadfull service, waited 10 days and no update regarding my order so I decided to email customer service. Who emailed back to say the items I had ordered weren't available! Had I not emailed I would have been none the wiser. I'm now waiting for a refund, which I have very little confidence that I'll receive based on the service recieved so far.

I order march 5th it says 72 hours maximum to ship . Its almost 17th and still says order place. I paid with afterpay i submitted a dispute . Costumer service dpnt answer my emails and dont answer the dispute either. Ive been told their costumer service is really bad. Well i confirm that. Stay away for this company they are not serious.

Rossi has amazing products! I've been dipping for years and have used so many different brands, they definitely are in my top brands to buy from.

I was pleasantly surprised by the liquids. I usually don't like plastic bottles, but these are an exception. The powder is easy to work with, and the colors give good coverage.

I would like to add that I love the gels as well. They are a dream to work with. They have a really nice, leveling consistency, not to thin or too thick and goopy.

Products are great. I love being able to do my nails at home. I have told 3 friends and Rossi nails and they have brought themselves products to do at home with my help talking them through it. I use the dip powder but also use gel for my toes. All products are good, can’t fault them

I feel like their liquids are the easiest to work with. I have tried other brands of liquids and was never able to get the final coat to dry correctly. Everytime I use these liquids it is flawless.

Started using Rossi a few years ago and was quickly hooked. Love the dip powders, they are now my base colors and I use their gel polish for designs. Love how easy it is to order, how quickly the product gets here, and how easy it is to use. #customerforlife

All the products I've used have been top notch! The dip powders are so smooth and apply perfectly. The dip liquids are some of my favorites, the top cost is super shiny!! Highly recommend.

I have been recomended Rossi Nails through a friend whose nails always look incredible. Her nails and hands are a credit to her, I have just started with this product and I am thrilled with how my hands and nails are looking.

I love their products, more precisely the gel polish. Colors are vibrant, easy to apply and stays beautiful up to 3 weeks! The one bottle builder gel is a real game changer to strenghten my nails and grow them. The customer service is always helpful and shipping is quick.

I have to say, Rossi has got the colors you want an Need. They have sooo many colors to choose from it is insane. From your regular colors to glittery and chrome. Their Gel polishes are great quality and consistency it smooth.
I started almost 2 years ago doing my own nails with rossi and i can't ask for any better. I have also used their powders and although i do have some difficulty using them i think its a mattaler of practice and time commitment. Beautiful finish when done right though .
But lets get to the best part, the customer service is exceptional. I have had a couple of issues in the past with my order and or quality (odd time) and rossi CS haa been nothing but helpful and understanding and had fixed the issue not problem. They do care about their clients.
All in all, i recommed rossi nails. Great for everyone that wants to do their own nails at home and have them look professionally done and/or have your own bail Gig.

Awesome variety of colours, the gels are amazing but are a little on the thick side. I find the brush has alot of product stuck to it so you will need to open/close extremmmmely slowly.
Other than that, awesome products.

Rossi has amazing products and services! I love their glow and thermal range of dips too because they're so sensitive
