I loved using Rossi’s dip powder system. I used another brand before Rossi and I kept getting lifting and manicures only lasting 5 days. I tried Rossi for the first time and my mani didn’t want to come off! The liquids were super easy to use and the durability was excellent, all with a beautiful shine ✨

Rossi products have arrived quickly and pristinely. The colors are phenomenal and stay put longer than regular polish! Customer service is also a major bonus, on Rossi nails community Facebook page they have exceeded my expectations and made things right every time. Would recommend to anyone.

I tried out Rossi nails when they sent me a free trial kit, I instantly fell in love! The colors are so beautiful and the system is so easy to use! I stopped going to the salon spending $50 a trip for basic colors then the upkeep it gets to be pricey, now I can have beautiful nails whenever I want.

I first got Rossi and as a way to save money by not going to salon. I quickly fell in love with their dip powders and strong my nails grow with them. The color selection is amazing and the quality is strong. I would highly recommend anyone to try it out for themselves!

I’ve been using Rossi since the pandemic started and so glad I picked them. Their shipping has always been quick and accurate. Their customer service is above 5 stars for sure. Anytime you reach out to them for anything, their response is almost immediate. This type of customer service is very rare these days. This alone will keep me coming back!

I 100% recommend Rossi products for all who do their own nails! Prices are fantastic, their customer service is the BEST hands down. I started dipping my nails in May 2020 and now my collection is thru the roof!

Rossi nail products are soo easy to use and give salon quality results. I have been dipping my nails with Rossi products for a little over 2 months now and I cannot believe I didn't know of them sooner. My nails even last longer than when I got them done professionally!!! I am beyond ecstatic that I will be saving soo much money not needing to visit a salon!!! Ever since I saw an ad for them, I have been obsessed with their products. I love their great selection of colors and I just want to buy every single one. I truly can’t get enough of their product!

Rossi is amazing! I was looking into doing my nails at home myself and was going to go with a different brand that’s double the price, until my mum introduced me to Rossi. WOW I am so glad I listened to mum!! I use the dip powders and I am absolutely hooked!

I’ve only been doing my own nails for a month (I soak off every 3-4 days and have already done 6 different manis because I want to switch it up and use every colour and be fabulous all the time) but I’ve already got over 60 different colours.

The community page they have on Facebook is incredible, and the Rossi team always leave positive and helpful comments on every post made by a member. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic as well!

I will never go to another salon ever again, and i’m officially a “Rossi Babe” for life!

Will never go back to the salon. Rossi you've saved me a fortune and I love you! ❤️ Colours are fantastic. Quality is perfection. I'm always playing sports and there's no damage what so ever. I'm always getting comments about my nails at work and everyone loves them and can't believe their done at home. Also, my nails have grown no end (being a nail bitter all my life 😬) and this is the only thing that's ever worked! It's a bit of me and mum time at the weekends and has brought us even closer ❤️ AND MOST IMPORTANTLY AFFORDABLE!!!

Cheap, garbage quality and slow shipping. Advertised in Australia but its actually some cheap product sent from China that took almost 2 months to receive... This is NOT an Australian brand. Plus me nails didn't last past 3 days. Steer clear.

Ordered before Christmas. Order still hasn’t arrived. I received an email saying my order was delayed by Brexit. I have heard nothing since. I would not trust this company and have no hope that my goods will arrive.

I too placed an order before Christmas and guess what parcel not arrived. Sent email and was told parcel got lost so sending out another - quel surprise, that too never arrived. But quick to take payment. Shame on you Rossi Nails in the current climate!

I placed an order on the 26th December for the 6 x nail dipping powders and the essentials starter kit. I contacted Rossi Nails a week after placing the order as I hadn’t had a dispatch email yet. They said they were having problems in Germany (where their orders are shipped from) to do with Brexit & the order had been delayed, but will due to be dispatched within 2 weeks. I was absolutely shocked by this as the website gives no indication the orders come from abroad, it says that the items are shipping from the UK and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. I emailed back to say how misleading this was but all I was getting was generic, automatically generated replies from a computer.
Sure enough 2 more weeks go by and still no dispatch email. I work for a company that ships internationally and I know full-well by this point there were no shipping issues to and from Europe. I email and I get the same generic, computer generated reply but this time stating the order will be shipped on the 2nd-3rd week of January. I also get in touch with them via social media and they copied & pasted the same reply. I requested a cancellation and my money back 4 times and every time it got ignored.
25th January comes by and it’s 4 weeks since my order and I email them threatening with going to my bank as it’s clearly a scam and I will be reporting them to the Citizens Advice Bureaux and Trading Standards. Funnily enough I get a text 2 minutes later (literally) confirming the order had been cancelled and my money will be back in my account within 2-10 working days.
This company is clearly a SCAM and absolute fraudsters that don’t want to get caught out by official gov bodies as they know what they are doing is misleading customers by making them think the stock is in the UK.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered from them. They said it was shipped. It was a lie. They sent fake tracking info. Then you find out that they actually don’t know if they can ship to you as they don’t know if they can get items to the UK. They have a UK Shop. But it doesn’t ship from the UK. A Lot of others have not received their items. For months.
