The shipping process is horrible. Waiting months for a pretty expensive item is ridiculous. I'd like to receive the sustain pedal I ordered so that I don't have to click a button to keep it on permanently to use my Wave. Maybe if Roli spent more time shipping people's items rather than on this website posting platitudes of apology, they might get somewhere with their crummy customer service. And no, I won't post my order number here, so don't bother asking. Either ship it or cancel the order, per the email I already sent. Get your act together.

Roli seem to be the company that just can't get anything right... from continuously making highly dubious statements about how far away a product is going to be to then, just as it is sposed to arrive coming up with 'dog ate my homework' lazy AF 9 year old's attempts at an excuse for the latest balls up. These rare email updates say 'rach out if you have any questions' but NEVER reply back when you do.
It's beyond comedy, and whoever is allowed to be steer the ship of the company needs to be walked off the plank as quickly as possible.
Go check their discord page to see one of, if not the, largest group of p*ssed off customers [for nearly year long delays, or for the few who have them crappy equipment that is scratched up, broken on arrival or dies within a few days].
Bad bad bad bad... they should hang their heads in shame.

I've made the mistake to be a customer twice already. Damaged (scratched) products, a non existing support that will reply at best 2-3 weeks after my email, and to top that off, DELAY after delay after delay with emails of apologies. It's been over a year of my order, they stopped replying to my return inquiry, and I'm still waiting for some products to arrive!

Ich habe im November ein Roli Keyboard gekauft, wie ich schon einige Male hier beschrieben habe. Obwohl ich natürlich ein Konto bei Roli habe, meldet sich Roli nur auf meine negativen Bewertungen, weiß aber ansonsten nicht wer ich bin, denn sonst würden sie sich über mein Konto melden. Die Einzige Realtion seitens Roli, ist die, dass sie meine Bewertung nicht verstehen. Seit November 25 steht mein Bestellstatus unverändert auf „ost in Bearbeitung“. Im Netz kann man lesen, daß Kunden bis zu einem Jahr warten und trotzdem mehr, als einen Stern geben. Ist für mich ein Rätsel. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, daß Roli mit meinem Geld arbeitet, aber nichts liefert. Ich habe bisher auch keine Möglichkeit der Stornierung gefunden. Ich kaufe nie wieder bei diesem Laden.

I've waited 16 months for one order and another is still missing one item. I send inquiries to customer support and get a response that they'll get back to me soon. They never do. Roli ask me to review their products even when I haven't received them. I give them a poor review based on product delays and lack of customer service. They respond and again promise Customer Support will get back to me asap. Still nothing. Except they do try and have my reviews removed for being vexatious. They'll probably say that they are trying to respond to a large number of inquiries. They've said this for perhaps a year. Put on more staff! Very disappointing. I could not recommend purchasing anything from them.
UPDATE: I did get a response, and they've determined that this item was lost during transit. They said they have 'gone ahead and issued a replacement, which will be sent to [me] shortly. Then they send me an email to say I'm in batch 21 and it will ship in May... another 3 months! This company is absolutely useless.

Great products, worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Delay after delay with little or no communication. Took 12 weeks for my product to be delivered. Received 2 updates in that time. No contact number and takes 4-5 days to replay to emails. I’ll never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

While the Seaboard Rise is an excellent example of MPE innovation and technology
The company has taken a turn to a more “let’s make music easy & fun” to almost elementary level. Synth software like Equator 2 , Cypher 2, and Strobe 2 have been left to gather dust on the virtual shelf. No firmware updates have been released for the Seaboard or the aforementioned software. I reached out to Roli support for some assistance with Strobe 2 a month ago and at the time of writing this review nothing but an automated response stating “we haven’t forgotten about you” I’ve sent several follow ups but nothing. If you’re a serious player or composer looking for MPE tech the Rise is excellent but now there are many choices with much better product support.

Ordered the Airwave back in October for a Christmas present for my son. Still haven’t received it or ANY correspondence from Rolli or answers to my email enquirers. Nothing.
At this point I’m assuming t that I’ve just given away my $300 out of charity to an ailing company with no customer service.

Roli piano upper f key sqeaks and the battery won't charge - also has some connectivity issues - ROLI DON'T ACCEPT EMAILS AND DON'T RESPOND TO AND METHOD OF CONTACT. Roli - you should be ashamed offering what you describe as a premium product with so many obvious quality control issues.

The creative design of the Seaboard II and the Airwaves is unbelievable 👍😊
I took quite a long time to get it in the mail, but definitely worth the wait.
I also like the smaller M pianos 🎹 I like the way that they let up them have colors
And the sounds and related softwares are also phenomenal and very professional 🎶

I am very excited about the Roli Air Wave. Coupled with a roly piano I have found this to be a very inspiring instrument to play. I’ve already started writing music for it, I’ve shared it with a bunch of kids that thought it was magic, and I can’t wait to play it on stage! It’s gonna be a show stopper! What are the amazingly cool idea executed flawlessly! I’ve always wanted to own a Roli and I’m extremely excited about this one. I look forward to my next Roli purchase!
