I also was mislead by this company. I should have read the reviews prior to my wife ordering a hat. My hat also came shipped in a plastic bag and was crushed and unusable. Rather than giving shipping info to return it and get credit they did refund me 40% saying the hat was still usable. The hat we received looks nothing like the photo of what we ordered.

Many WEEKS after ordering, we received two (2) western-style, mens straw hats from these clowns, that were shipped atop one another, in a thin plastic bag (!!), with both crowns crushed fully 'flat' to the tabletop - completely destroyed and unusable! Yet this miserable, game-playing, disreputable merchant, repeatedly refused to provide us with a return authorization, via countless back-and-forth email communications, including clear photos and videos of the damaged products and the tracking label. So you would quite literally need to be mentally-deranged, to order ANYthing at all from these low-life, backstreet criminals.

Advertised large hanging baskets for 15.99 each, we ordered 2 hanging baskets. According to our bank. They took out $43.57 on 6-11, then on 6-8, three days before we ordered them took out $33.08 and $28.46. Instead of getting two hanging baskets we received 4 little twigs with a few flowers. When questioning them about what was going on they sent another 9 little twigs still not enough to make even one hanging basket. Have requested money to be returned , but still no reply. Confusing: also zen desk, fr-help. Have sent emails to all.

If I could give it a zero I would. Came in a plastic bag. Crushed and not as advertised. Very low quality! Wish I would have saved my $50!!

Never received my hat… Have filed a claim with them and never hear a word from them. Definitely do not purchase from this company. I think ultimately the price was too good to be true. Live and learn but do not trust them.

Misleading advertising, they have no location in Colorado Springs. After placing my order I found out it was shipping from China , instead of trying to cancel I let it ride.

The online photos don’t come close to what we finally received after waiting 29 days. The photos and the descriptions make it look like we are receiving these overflowing hanging baskets when in reality we received 15 9 inch bundles of very small artificial flowers. Very cheaply made and they were falling apart as I took them out of the package that is used to ship tshirts. Too bad my wife didn’t go to Hobby Lobby. Lesson learned

Ordered Barnett men's straw hat 04/27/26 and still haven't received the hat. I disputed the charge of $54.63 and found out they've been paid for the merchandise and I still don't have the hat. WORD OF ADVICE: Do not do business with this company. It is a sham and I wish I knew about this before I placed my order.

Ordered the flower baskets. As others have reported, it was on a game site. Two "full" baskets arrived in the mailbox in a plastic bag. The ad shows them arriving in a box (in this case, 2 boxes)! Can't believe any site would allow a company that does business this way to advertise on their site! Totally my fault for not investigating this company first, it's all over the internet. I will be wiser from now on! Very disappointing!

I ordered the big full flowers for outdoor pots. It was advertised on a gamesite. That gamesite should not allow rockhatter to advertise. I would be ashamed. The flowers came. They fit in my mailbox! What a joke. Rockhatter, you should be ashamed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROCKHATTER. Wish i could rate 0

Rockhatter is an absolute scam - beautiful website and ads but the product is rubbish. Bought two cowboy hats on line. The product received was totally substandard and did not fit. Sent in a shipping bag and one hat was semi-crushed. Refund guaranteed - what a joke. Followed their instructions and mailed back ($15) and the address given did not exist. Multiple emails and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is a fraud. It is just a front for some Chinese factory making cheap crap. Your order will not match the item you ordered. It will be a totally inferior product, made out of felt and not representative of the advertising in the least. Getting your money back isn't even worth the aggravation, just do not order from these rip off artists!

Rockhatter, Wearshes and Dreamworld are ALL associated with each other in China! There are probably 101 other companies associated all together with them also. May I suggest that nobody orders anything online without checking first. It becomes very frustrating when you don't get what you ordered as I did. Also now my husband. So triple check everything or even better, DON'T even order online. And I hope these companies see my message or the more people that write about them and stress the point of, do not order online then sales will go down. That might make them think about the scam thieving little sh*s they are. It might not happen immediately but for sure it will eventually

Received the hat and it was smashed beyond recognition. It was shipped from China in a bag, not a box. Rock Hatter has not responded to any attempts at contacting them. This supplier is a total scam.

Hat arrived unboxed, flattened, dirty, and damaged, The pictures shown on the website are false, there is no manufactory in Colorado. No response from email inquiries pertaining to shipping time. Products are shipped from China or Taiwan in a plastic bag. Asking for refund, doubt I get it. Wish I could attach photos. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE!!!

My review is just like the other 309 reviews. Ordered a straw, shipped in a plastic bag. Yup, smashed, broken. Emailed them, offered a 20% refund. Why this country allows this to keep happening is beyond me.

Rockhatter is a total scam. Don't waste your time or money.

Terrible company.
False advertising everywhere.
They obviously took great pictures of some quality hats and had someone from the USA write the ad copy, but the hats are all CHEAP “made in China”shipped in bags and are very inferior.
They also take forever to be delivered, (mine took four weeks)

To get a full refund, you need to ship it all the way back to China and that’s expensive. Skip this company.

Ordered a straw hat. Instead of shipping it in a box, they shipped it in a plastic envelope. It arrived misshapen. On their website, they said they'd respond to my email within a couple of days. That was two weeks ago and still no word.
