Placed an order 3 months ago. Have emailed numerous times with no response. There is no other way to contact the company other than the email posted on their website. They gladly took my money, but have yet to deliver any product. Do not order from them!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT LEGITIMATE AS THEY AUTOMATICALLY GENERATE REPLIES AND DO NOT FOLLOW UP.

Do not use this company I do not believe this is legitimate!! I ordered a vest and received a tin of varnish and now I’m getting nowhere with their customer services who I also do not believe is a legitimate customer service person. Avoid!!!! Please don’t waste your money like I foolishly did

I ordered three items and never received them. I reached out to the company via their support email as well as messaging on Instagram and they never returned my messages. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my credit card.

Die Qualität der Shirts ist okay, sie sind aber viel zu groß. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch und antwortet nur bedingt. Eine Rückerstattung war zunächst unerwünscht. Stattdessen wurde mir vorgeschlagen, die Sachen doch einfach auf Online Plattformen weiter zu verkaufen.

I have not yet received my items. The delivery company, Swiftx, appears to be quite inefficient. My package was delivered to the lobby of my building instead of my apartment. I am unwilling to pay for items I have not received. The company has declined to file a claim with the delivery service. They will WILL not get my money for items I never received. DON'T PURCHASE

0 customer service no tracking number given it’s been 3 weeks ! Love the T shirts but I won’t be wasting my money again . Don’t have time to be chasing orders! Unless you want to be. Stressed out for weeks, don’t bother buying from here! Stay away from!

Shirts are not true to size, I ordered Medium and received like an XL size.
They offer you a discount of 15 % after you had to send pictures to proof that the shirts are too big. After several emails back and forth i lost hope to ever get my money back. Please be warned, this is an absolute scam.

This company is the absolute worst. I placed an order several weeks ago and have still not received it. I have sent several emails to customer service to inquire and have yet to receive a reply. I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge as I'm 100% positive this company is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The quality of the shirts were great. The sizing was WAY too small. I ordered 2XL (normally wear L/XL) and they fit like a size medium. I have been back and forth with customer service to return the items and it has been a nightmare. They keep suggesting that I keep the shirts and they’ll offer me a 15% refund-not accepting that I do not want shirts that are too small for me and 15% of the cost is only what I paid for shipping.
I will never shop with this company again-which is a bummer because I liked the material and the sayings on the shirts.

The T-shirts are high quality and true to size. A legitimate company with great service.

After three weeks of nonstop emails, they finally sent the tops I ordered. By the time they arrived, they were far too small and completely unusable. From that point on, the company went silent. I immediately contacted them to return the items and get a refund, and once again — total radio silence. No replies, no help, no solution.

They were more than capable of responding when it came to taking my money, but the moment there was an issue, they disappeared. This is not customer service — this is being ignored on purpose. I am now out of money with items I can’t use, and they have made zero effort to fix their mistake.

This company is misleading, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about customers once payment is made. The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and infuriating. I feel completely ripped off.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you’re happy wasting money and being ignored.

Terrible quality and sizing and a hard return process. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy this rubbish.

The delivery takes a long time, the communication from the company is not okay, the materials are inferior polyester, the sizes are all wrong (I ordered a small and I fit in it twice)

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever seen! They ignore all requests and then keep requesting photos of an item that was too small. I now have heard nothing back after they offered me 15% to just keep the item that is way too small. Unfortunate because I love the tanks but will never buy from here again! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I purchased a hoodie and it is paper thin and way too small. It looks so cheap and tacky. They will not respond to my email requests for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM TRANEING!!!
