Brought the balaclava Fullface perfect would recommend this product used for dust protection at work 5 stars

I have contacted rock brothers regarding a purchase.

I haven't received any contact back about returning and replacing a product , very poor service

I have bought two pairs of shorts. They are excellent. Great cut, they are amazingly comfortable and look great. I’m very pleased.

Bought frame bag to fit electric bike with wide crossbar. Three straps keep it secure. Big enough for daytime essentials like pump spare tube tools and Mars bar.

I ordered the children's cycling glasses (I have quite a small face) and they are a brilliant product.
The polar lenses kept the sun out my eyes brilliantly when running and even protected my eyes well from the heavy wind. I was so surprised at how well they stayed on. The flexible nose bridge was great for comfort.
It was impressive that they came with such a robust case and cleaning cloth to keep them clean and protected when not in use.
Delivery was quick with no issues like I have seen in previous reviews.
Overall I would recommend they great sunglasses for any outdoor sport.

I had an issue with the lock combination not working - having contacted customer service this has now been replaced with a new lock which works perfectly. The lock is a sturdy cafe lock, with better security than just the single cable type locks you can buy.

Speedy delivery and a great product. Panniers were much better than my previous ones with clips that could be adjusted to suit my rack, and I love the way the carry handles open the clips to place on the bike and then lock on when releasing the handle. Had to use straps on my previous ones to stop them bouncing off. Plenty of space too.

Exceptional product, well made, good fit and comfortable to wear. Practical ways of wearing dependant on situations. Keeps your head and neck toasty warm on those chilly winter rides.

Keep sending damaged second hand products.

I ordered a child’s bike helmet for my son’s birthday, the first helmet to arrive was damaged with damaged packaging which had clearly been returned previously. Their customer service said this had been a mistake and after returning the first item, they sent a replacement. The replacement that arrived was another return, with the previous label and other individuals details still on the box. Again this item had signs of damage and the box had clearly been opened before.

Way better then I expected. My job relies on travelling by bike and I have to fit numerous items. These bags are huge! They’re also solid and don’t fall off the back of my bike like my last panniers would do. Definitely worth the buy!

The balaclava is fine, it's the third one I've bought from Rockbros, but it took so long to deliver that the event that I was hoping to wear it at was over by the time it arrived. However, I got a lovely response from Rockbros on this site and would still recommend their products.

I ordered a pair of cycling shoes over covers. Unfortunately there was a small issue, but on contacting Rockbros, they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Everything now spot on.

Website easy to use. Out of stock products very obvious.
Purchased overshoes, they were sized correctly, excellent quality, delivered promptly.
They have been well tested in the current wet weather. Very pleased with my dry feet.

Great product! I had an issue snapping one of the clips on my fence, taking my bike out. Contacted support and they were fast to reply and very helpful. Sent out new clips free of charge!

I purchased a pair of cycling glasses for my husband but unfortunately they were too big and dropped off when he leant forward. I contacted Rockbros sport for a refund. They got back to me quickly with the process which was easy to follow. My full refund was processed. I would definitely order from them again.

Review edited after dealing with rockbrossport.co.uk : I love these panniers, but should part of them break (which mine did, the plastic fixing part) don't settle for being told by amazon or rockbros in Germany that the website directs you to, that you cannot buy a replacement. Contact the UK guys. Super helpful and sorted me out within 24 hours. Great service. Thanks Leo
