Bought some large sized cycling gloves however they were so small.

I’m usually UK medium in Assos, Castelli, but Rockbros gloves are tiny fitting. Awaiting a refund.

Gloves looked good and reasonably priced, but sizing is an issue.

Turned up on time but did not work. The batteries that comes with it were dead so had to buy new batteries When it cost £10 and you have to buy new batteries at£5 the cost build up. When changing the batteries I noticed how cheap the plastic part is so don’t know how long it will last.

Quality ok but sizes small and don’t even try to return them .im stuck with an item that’s too small and no easy return mechanism.you have to email the company and then they do t respond ,effectively making sure you run out of time to return within their 14 day window!!I’ve just wasted my money

have bought the bicycle light rhl3000 shipping to sweden now three times. first two times via amazon and the us, this time over british rockbrossport. foresaw delivery from within the eu and a warehouse in poland, but lamps were sent from china. no issues with that other than delivery took an extra week. transparent process, toll and vat was taken care of with no extra charges. would however suggest to the company to have a site within the eu, as shopping over an uk site might deter eu customers as it in other cases often means extra hazzle and costs. lamp itself gives a very wide, strong and floody light carpet stvzo style, thus not blinding oncoming traffic. at has with 2x21700 cells three times the battery capacity of conventional rechargeable bicycle lights. recommend.

Quality product, comfortable wearing, ,sensitive various light conditions. Wear them for mtbing in the dark they are that good .

Very pleased with my bike mirror and the service received from Rockbros. Communication good and quick delivery.

Following on from my original review, product did arrive late and I did get a good response from RockBros. While late, feel it does warrant a better final review as the product is good.

Cannot comment on product as it has not arrived, ordered 2 weeks ago (5-7 day delivery) After having to translate the tracking updates from Chinese, looks like my helmets have not even left China after 2 weeks. Pretty poor considering this will not arrive as a birthday present. Should have went to my local bike shop…. Did email RockBros, no response yet :-(

Initiated a return for an item that really wasnt going to work for what i needed it for. Was suggested I keep item and "give/sell to friends or family" and receive 10% refund!! Emailed back to advise I wanted to return it and receive a full refund as per their T&Cs. Did all of this within the 14 day period and still no further response. Shocking really to suggest such a thing in the first place, IMO.
No customer service contact - will definitely avoid buying from again.

Delivery was prompt, item was top quality and an issue I had was very quickly sorted.
Definitely a top product and would have no hesitation recommending the electronic bike bell.

Really like the photochromatic shades. Quality appears good. Colour changes quickly in sunlight and back again. Issue with delivery (Not the fault of Rockbros) was resolved quickly. Customer Service was very helpful

Fantastic, well priced and well engineered products. Ordering through the website is very straightforward and the customer service team are very polite and attentive.

My local carrier lost my parcel and without hesitation, the team (Lua) despatched a replacement with a different carrier to ensure I received my product. You can’t ask for fairer than that - thank you!

Perfect size for rides of a couple of hours. I can fit phone, snack, gel bar, bike tool and inner tube. Side zip makes for easy access. Simple to install and doesn't rattle around

I have bought a few items from RockBros and they have all been well designed, robustly constructed and reasonably priced.

I ordered a bottle cage adaptor which attaches to the saddle. The order tracking URL was dodgy to say the least and when the package finally arrived it confirmed my suspicions. The package was missing the parts making the the cage useless. Contacted customer service 3 days in a row, both by email and online chat and no response. My conclusion is rubbish customer service equals rubbish organisation who just takes your money. Warning others to avoid "Rockbros" like a plague!!! I'll change my review if they start resolving my problem!!!

I am quite happy with the bottle cages, they look sturdy and long lasting, the colouring is great as it matches my bike, the only fault i see is the cut channel to position the bottle cage is small not allowing for adjustment and therefore using 2 bottles on a long ride the bottles clashed when fitted together. maybe something to improve for the future by creating a longer channel thus allowing a higher fitting of the cages on the frame.

I bought two bells from rockbros and have had a very good experience with them.
I was unfortunate that the dual hammer bell disassemled during a ride where I went over some bumps in the road. So the bell fell of and i lost some parts.

The service since then have been top tier. I told them about my issue and they have sent a new bell free of charge.

The actual product seems of good quality and well made. Correspondence with the company was excellent, as I had a small issue over delivery. This wasn't Rockbros fault but the courier who held it for nearly a week (Evri). I was sent a replacement that was delivered within 3 days from being re ordered via a different courier.

This review is for a pair of photochromic cycling glasses recently bought for mountain biking. I like the size and shape of the lenses, being frameless they are unobtrusive, comfortable and easy to forget you are wearing them. I am not convinced the photochromic feature is worth having though. For MTB riding you are often going from bright sunlight to dark wooded areas and the lenses just don’t respond quick enough for you to properly see trail features. Same problem in reverse when returning to bright sunlight. However, the real problem for me are the arms which are very bulky with a square section where they sit over my ears, causing irritation after a short ride. I had to re-work the arms with a Dremmel into a thinner more oval shape and they are now ok. I can’t give them more than three stars and probably won’t buy again.
