About Robert Welch Designs

Robert Welch Designs is a multi-award-winning British brand creating premium cutlery, kitchen knives, cookware, tableware and home accessories designed for everyday use. Since 1955, we have combined exceptional design, craftsmanship and performance to create products that are made to be used, enjoyed and kept for life.

Founded by the renowned British silversmith and designer Robert Radford Welch MBE, RDI, our business is built on a simple belief: beautifully designed products should be part of everyday life. Still family-owned and led by Robert Welch's son and daughter, Rupert and Alice, we continue to design from our location in Chipping Campden in the Cotswolds, guided by the same values of quality, integrity and enduring design.
