Ideas for improving
Purchased a number of items to complete a bathroom renovation.
Unfortunately the shelf arrived with damaged glass.
The supplier Yates organised a replacement and thankfully had the foresight to check before sending to us.
But the replacement was damaged in the same way.
So currently we are stuck in limbo with a nearly refurbished bathroom. But absolutely no idea when we might recieve a replacement that is not damaged.
Such a shame when you are purchasing a supposedly high quality product ( there not cheap ) only to find they are not packaged properly to avoid damage and no feedback about 2nd replacement
A replacement has now been recieved and in good order. Albeit they have had to repack shelf and brackets separately. Hopefully the packaging of this product will be corrected to safe damaged goods being recieved.
I would have gone up to 4 * but as in a previous review of a double towel rail. This product suffers the same problem.
No dimensions given for distance to mount brackets.
Or an even simpler solution would be to include a template. This would make the fitting process so much less tedious and stressful.

New cutlery service for a new house
We ordered the Radford Bright boxed set for 8 people as we've just moved house. The cutlery is lovely, it feels solid and very well made. This set will last a lifetime. The design is contemporary and as shown online. Our set arrived punctually - 5 days after ordering it.

Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding. Used my salt and pepper grinder and stores it away, it started to rust and they sent me a replacement. Good quality items with good customer service.

So many good things about this brand...
First Things First, I LOVE the cutlery... I went with the 5.0 Collection (Radford Satin) and I couldn't be happier. Very luxurious feeling. I never thought I'd care this much about silverware, but it makes every bite a pleasure. Also, I'll say when I ordered at first it was just for some new spoons but, I kept ordering more and eventually replaced all my silverware with this collection. and in the end I shorted myself one spoon, which would've cost $30 to ship and pay for - for just one spoon... so I asked if I could buy the single spoon and have them cover the shipping, since I had bought basically a whole service in 4 seperate orders minus the one spoon, they just sent it, no cost. Also, the company is super thoughtful, asking during the order process if I was sure about ordering English teaspoons when I was located in the US (I was sure ;) AND on top of that the shipping from the UK to California only took 3 days... I love this company! HIGHLY recommend!

Parcel was lost in the post and an immediate replacement was arranged
We chose delivery to our local post office but it was lost in the Evri system. Robert Welch then arranged immediate delivery of a replacement knife sharpener fitting. What service!

A lovely experience
