I ordered the RK F99 with silent switches. The postage company lost the parcel but RK were really helpful and sent a replacement promptly. The keyboard is great quality- better than anticipated. The switches are smooth and the keyboard is easy to set up and personalise without any need for additional software. I would shop with RK again and would definitely recommend to others!

Bought my first Royal Kludge keyboard some months ago and loved it. Bought a second, and loved it too, but when I had a hardware issue (when replacing a switch) Royal Kludge support could not have been more helpful, providing instructions and ultimately a replacement part.

Highly recommended both for the lovely keyboards but the rock solid support if anything does go wrong during customisation.

I initially had a faulty RK N80 keyboard knob and trouble getting a response from support. However, the company later contacted me, replaced the faulty keyboard, and provided good follow-up service. While the start was rocky, I’m satisfied with how they eventually handled it and appreciate their effort to make things right.

I recently ordered the RK N80 keyboard and it arrived with a TFT screen knob issue. I can only use the click function but I cannot scroll by rotating the knob in either direction. I tried all the recommended fixes like resetting the keyboard using fn + space bar and updating to the latest firmware (which the keyboard already had on arrival), trying on different computers but nothing worked. I was advised by one of their team members on Reddit after I posted about the issue on r/RKRoyalKludge that it is a firmware issue and I should get in contact with customer support. I sent an email to support and did not get a response on the issue. I contacted the support on their website as I purchased the keyboard on their website and I haven’t gotten a response. This issue is so frustrating as I literally haven’t even gotten to use the keyboard and I am having issues with the feature that got me to purchase this keyboard. I’d stay away from this brand for your peace of mind.

Great alternative for the more expansive rapid trigger keyboards. Great quality keyboards (i have bought multiple from this website)

So far, so good — the product works, looks, and feels exactly as described. Although the package looked a bit rough after transport, the product itself arrived without any damage. I got mine at a discount, but even at full price, it offers great value for the money.

The software could use a bit more customization options to compete with modern programs from brands like Razer and Logitech. That said, I have to point out that the web version is amazing — I really appreciate not having to download any additional software for customization.

RK keyboards are by far my favourite after trying a fair number, I did recently have an issue with one delivery where a few of the switches were dodgy, however the customer service team were great and helped my sort a replacement with no fuss. Thanks Lia :)

first i was a little bit insecure, because of the price compared to what the keybaord offers.

But its a insane great looking and functional keyboard, its totally fine for casual gaming and working, for about 100€ without coupon code.
i wouldnt mind some more colours for der QWERTY-Keyboard but iam still in love with mine!

The Lia on support was very clear and helpful. She worked through the the issues I had and made sure everything was resolved in the end. I felt they went the extra mile to make sure not only that I had a fully functioning keyboard at the end, but also that I got it in a timely fashion.

I had an issue with a keyboard purchased from the website and cs promptly replaced the unit.
