Excellent warranty service
Excellent warranty service, a replacement keyboard arrived within a week. The keyboards themselves are excellent and I can’t fault RK for the minor issue I had given that they resolved it so quickly and painlessly. Bravo!
Horrible Customer Service & Poor Quality Product
I bought a keyboard from this brand on Amazon. I actually really liked the keyboard at first. I still mostly do...but less than a year in (read: before the warranty period was up) I started to have an issue with a keycap coming off during normal use. I tried to troubleshoot myself and went online for advice. Eventually I contacted the seller and manufacturer. The seller actually gave me actionable tips, but those were only temporary solutions. The manufacturer asked me for a bunch of info, only to tell me that my keycap was fine and not the problem, but also that I should replace it if I wanted to troubleshoot more. Makes no sense. Plus I had already told them I'd tried swapping keys, to no avail. They completely ignored me trying to ask what they do think the problem is if not the keycap - I can't just buy a bunch of stuff with no idea if it will fix the problem or not, especially from a third party. They do not sell replacement parts and told me more than once they do not provide them for free even though I made it very clear from the start I wasn't asking for anything for free. They had an AI response at first and then it's clear they didn't actually bother reading my emails before replying.
After a few emails back and forth trying to get answers to my questions but being talked in circles, they told me they couldn't give me any after-sale support as my keyboard was out of warranty. I wasn't asking for free parts or repair, just troubleshooting advice, something that most manufacturers are happy to provide. Why wouldn't you just tell me from the start you wouldn't help me instead of wasting my time??
It is clear to me that this company does not care about its customers or stand behind its products. I'm not some weirdo who came out the gate rude and entitled asking for free stuff - I politely asked for help and tried to clarify my questions multiple times. They treated me like I was not worth their time, while wasting mine. They will not help you if something goes wrong and will waste your time.
Except other reviewers are having exceptional customer service experiences with keyboards even older than mine. I guess it just depends on who you talk to?
Now I'm stuck with a piece of junk that doesn't work correctly, due to no fault of my own. I have used plenty of mechanical keyboards in the past and never had an issue like this before, so it's clear to me that quality is an issue - especially after the way I was treated by customer service, they clearly do not care about helping with troubleshooting, and expect their product to be disposable and replaceable. So I will replace it - but not with one from this company.
I will never purchase from this brand again and suggest you do not either.

I bought a keyboard about 4 years ago that recently stopped working correctly. They mentioned it was likely a wear and tear issue, so they gave me a sizeable discount on a new one.
I received the replacement, but it arrived damaged out of the box with a broken connection under one of the keys. I informed them, and while I was understandably annoyed, they immediately offered to send me another one free of charge.
The person I dealt with, Mike, was great. He helped me troubleshoot the original, handled the discounted order, and then ordered another one on the house when the damaged one arrived. I don’t even have to worry about returning the first one. I’m annoyed that the first one was damaged but I have to say the customer service has been top tier. Thanks Mike!

La mejor marca calidad precio, he comprado dos productos de ellos y estoy encantado, la única pega que podría poner es cuando compre el ratón que me vino sin la conexión USB para poder conectarlo via Bluetooth, que en mi caso tampoco es demasiado importante por que yo al final lo tengo o conectado con cable o a través del 2.4 Wireless. Lo recomiendo completamente, volveré a comprar productos en un futuro.

Great keyboard, easy to work with support, maybe takes a bit longer than amazon but that's completely understandable since they have to take weekend's off since they aren't as big of a company, anyways definitely a great pick for a budget keyboard.
