Bought a RK L75 keyboard as a recommended 'budget' keyboard option. It arrived and I was very pleasantly surprised with the build quality and the sound & feel of the mechanical keys. Only, the volume knob didn't work at all.

After a few days of back and forth with their customer service team via emails, trying out things that may have fixed it, they sent me out a replacement keyboard, that arrived in good time and worked completely straight out of the box.

Overall, a really good quality keyboard with excellent customer service behind them. Great company.

Loving the L98 & amazing service!!
Not too long after purchasing the L98 I was having some issues with the Bluetooth connectivity. Within 24 hours of messaging RK, Lia got back to me with some ideas on what to do to fix this issue. Unfortunately this didn’t work and we spent the next few days emailing back and forth, and they were extremely quick and helpful when replying back to me. After a few days of troubleshooting and me sending Lia a video of the issue, we couldn’t fix the issue, without any hesitation they decided that they would replace the keyboard free of charge, which was unexpected. To my surprise, once they had processed the new one it arrived within 48 hours, and the new one had no issues with it. Amazing service by RK, couldn’t recommend them enough, plus the keyboard is absolutely amazing, the silent switches sound so good straight out of the box and really finding the number pad on the left hand side leaves so much space on the right hand side of desk, definitely would recommend the keyboard and the company.

bought the keyboard from Amazon, have a question regarding custom keycaps, very helpful customer service

Originally got the R75 VIA wired and was awesome keyboard however I started to notice the ghosting of number 8 key and despite changing the switches and keycaps it was fount to be faulty.

Their support was amazing and were willing to send out a complete replacement without needing to send the other unit back. Support has been amazing and the replacement has been solid!

I made a mistake on my side and ordered the wrong color keyboard. Only recognized it apon the receiving the item. I informed them of what happened and they informed me that they can replace it for me if I send back the original. Once I sent the old one back they sent the new one out.

The interaction was very helpful and truly pleasant. Too the point and exact information that was needed to process the return. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone and I would buy from them again any time.

Meine kaputte Tastatur wurde sehr schnell ersetzt. Der Kundenservice ist sehr nett und kompetent. Nichts zu beschweren.

I bought an RK F-68 earlier this year. The keyboard stopped functioning after a couple of months. I reached out to RK via email, and their response was extremely prompt. I deat with someone named Chance, and they were very helpful. After taking some steps to troubleshoot the problem, they replaced my faulty unit in less than a week. The only reason I can't rate this company with five stars is because the keyboard broke in the first place. Their customer service was top-notch. I am confident in buying more products from RK in the future because I know they will support me. Good job Royal Kludge!

The support was swift and despite the timezone differences I received a swift response from support.

Great overall. I received my keyboard in fair amount of time. Once I received my unit it turned out that the battery is faulty. The support was quick to react and gave me instructions to test if it really was the battery. I waited two weeks and messaged them that I really suspect the battery to be faulty. They then quickly sent me a new unit. Despite that issue with the battery everything went very well and I am happy with the support I received.

Amazing keyboard for the price! Absolutely loving it. Value for money is insane - hope it stays that way 🙂
