I have never really left a review regarding products that I have bought although this must be commended.
After around 8 months of having my L75 keyboard, a couple of LEDs began to have a yellow tinge. Customer support, specifically ‘Lia’ was very understanding and helpful with quick replies while arranging a replacement. Thank you!!

Service client très réactif, à l’écoute et attentionné. Très professionnel et très gentil (Merci énormément Lia). Concernant les claviers j’en possède deux (RK S98 et RK M87) toucher parfait, son crémeux à souhait, très bonne autonomie, couleurs RGB de qualité et personnalisation très intuitif. Royal Kludge est une marque je recommande personnellement.

Very good Product and Costumer Service. I got a replacement asap after mine stopped working.

Absolutely high quality and well made products for an absolutely reasonable price. The keyboards feel great to type on or use for gaming, have a nice sound and clean look. And the customer service? Best I've ever seen in a online shop ever. They reply fasty have good ai first response ,if it's after work hours and all of their staff is supper kind and helpful all the time.

(Update) Ils ont très vite réagis et ils m'ont renvoyé un nouveau clavier qui cette fois-ci n'a aucunes touches cassées, je suis satisfait du service client merci beaucoup à RK pour la réactivité

I don't used my keyboard At all , cause I have to buy my Gaming laptop for it and I don't have money enough right now 😂 but I reserved the keyboard after 2 and half weeks that's a little bad. but overall i love the colour and sound of it. The quality was ok and thanks for attachments 😅.

My experience with Royal K couldn't be better.

The product is fantastic. I was looking for a keyboard with Hall effect and a Spanish layout, and I didn't hesitate for a second. I use the keyboard for gaming, and it works spectacularly despite its very affordable price. There are few keyboards with these features on the market in Spanish at reasonable prices. Well, Royal K has achieved that. I had a connection problem with their web driver, and in less than 24 hours, I had a response from the sales department, and the next day, the problem was solved. Fantastic work by Lia, the person who helped me. I only hope they continue with this good work and offer high-quality options for our market in the future. Aluminum, height adjustment, TKL...

I’ve received RK96 keyboard, and the volume roller knob was not working. After writing to customer support I’ve received imeddiate response and also got the solution to the issue. Keyboard was replaced. Everything took about 4-5 days from receiving bad keyboard and then receiving a new one. And i live in Lithuania…

Ich habe mir gedacht ich unterstütze RK und kaufe nicht über den üblichen großen Shop und daher hier direkt über den eigenen RK-Onlineshop eine Tastatur, von dem abgesehen dass die Informationen zu der Tastatur in der Beschreibung widersprüchlich waren (Hotswop aber eigentlich nicht Hotswop) fehlte auch die Staubabdeckung, ein paar Tage später war sie in Aktion und etwas günstiger, ich habe gefragt ob ich die Differenz erstattet bekomme. Sie haben gesagt, ausnahmsweise würden sie das machen. Natürlich erst nachdem man bestätigt dass man wirklich das Geld zurück bekommen möchte, es könnte ja sein, dass man es sich anders überlegt. Ein Tag nach der Erstattung wurde die Tastatur nochmal günstiger und ich habe wieder gefragt ob man die Differenz erstatten könnte. Nachdem sie mir aber dann einen falschen Betrag vorgeschlagen haben der ein paar Euro höher war als wenn ich sie neu über die Seite gekauft hätte. Habe ich die Tastatur auf eigene Rechnung zurückgeschickt. Ich werde hier nichtmehr Bestellen.

I bought a K96 keyboard about a year ago, feels solid, works great.
A few days ago it stopped working, ...electronics..., it can happen.
What supprised me the most was what happened after that, sent a mail to RK, received a new one... I can't say more than that, it was just that simple.
Awesome support, great product, if you are looking at this review, it means you are still in doubt, don't, just buy :-)

There was a mistake in the delivery address and the customer support reacted promptly and sent a replacement.

My keyboard had an issue and they immediately replaced the defective one, their customer support was really good!! Thank you again team RK!

Great customer service experience with Royal Kludge. They replaced a keyboard for me that started having double typing issues. The only thing I would add is that they sent me a firmware update tool to try fixing my defective keyboard that was flagged by windows security as "potentially unsafe" because its from an unknown publisher and is an .exe type file. I don't think this is anything nefarious but being instructed to bypass/disable windows security to run an update tool is less than ideal.

Otherwise the experience and their service is excellent and I appreciate their diligence towards solving my problem.

Bought my first RK keyboard a while back and i loved it, sadly it randomly stopped working one day but when i reached out to the customer service they were very helpful and sent my a replacement instantly, strongly recommend.

Excellent customer service, Kikko was extremely helpfull in resolving the small issue I had.

Really amazing customer service. Keyboards are a little on the expensive side end, however they are very high quality and are very much worth it.
