Scam company!! Like many others tried to buy k18 hair mask by “legitimate” company wowcher on behalf of this scam company. Never received my order and no response to emails and no option to call.

I should have checked the reviews. Rithu took my money last month and I've had no K18 hair conditioner off them. They're not replying to my emails. Shame on WOWCHER who set up the transaction. Shoddy from start to finish.

This is a scam company. It’s shocking that Wowcher partnered with this business without proper vetting. They take your money and simply don’t send the products. Multiple customers have reported the same experience, and there are also serious concerns that the items are counterfeit. Avoid at all costs.

Like the other reviews here, I was scammed by this company through Wowcher too! For the K18 hair mask. Thankfully, I managed to speak to an actual person on Wowchers WhatsApp chat and sent them screenshots of these reviews and of Google stating that Rithu beauty is a scam business. Wowcher didn’t even hesitate and issued me a refund immediately. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING CONNECTED TO THIS “company”. I shall be reporting it all to trading standards and the advertising standards agency as I purchased the K18 after seeing an article on the Sun online!

Like everyone else on this review, I too have had money taken with no goods received. Don’t order from here.

Avoid at all costs. Placed 3 orders via Wowcher for K18 hair treatment which have never arrived. Wowcher advise to contact the vendor with any issues, 3 emails sent to Rithu and no response received. I’m now going to go through my bank to request a charge back to my card for all 3 orders - what a waste of time and effort!

Update - wowcher have replied to me and said that Rithu advised them that they had a break in to their warehouse a few weeks ago which makes this even worse as the orders I placed were 2 weeks ago.

Absolute scam!!!!! Took me almost a month to get my money back through bank disputes and constant emails to Wowcher. Delivery date kept being moved until ultimately all correspondence was ignored. AVOID at all costs!!!!!!

Is a scam and wowcher promotes scammers. You are told your contract is with Rithu Beauty even that you purchased the wowcher so good luck who know what the companies do with your personal information.

I bought the Olaplex Oil via wowcher and was told it was delayed however, there's been no updates since and I even reached out 3 times! Avoid!! I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a refund at this rate.

Avoid this company purchased voucher via Wowcher and like all the other people who have wrote reviews never received the goods and just being ignored when contact them. They are absolute thieves take your money and don't send the goods out.

I would score lower if I could. I ordered K-18 hair treatment through wowcher. The delivery date passed so I emailed asking for an eta. They replied explaining they were out of stock and I could cancel, which I did. From then, no contact, not replying to my emails and no refund. I had to raise a dispute with my bank for a refund. Shocking

Scammer, bought 2 vouchers from Wowcher and used them on hair product, did not receive either

Bought Charlotte Tilbury duo via Wowcher and they did not send the item or reply to email. Absolute scammers.

I have reported their fraud to Companies House

Stay away from this company. Bought 2 k18s from them from wowcher after a month and a half they still not delivered. And sent many emails with no reponce. I dont my research and they selling fake k18s Terrible service stay clear!

Bought a Wowcher.
Items never received.
No contact from company despite 10 plus emails. AVOID.

As others have said, purchased vouchers through Wowcher which cost me £90 plus I then had to pay £14 postage. All are supposed to be expensive K18 hair care products, 2 stated delivery on or before 24th April. As you’ve guessed they didn’t arrive and despite multiple attempts to contact this company, no response has ever been received.

I have now contacted Wowcher to demand action and will not be taking any response where they say they have fulfilled their contract as my contract is with them not the fraudulent merchants they choose to partner with.

I also suspect if this company do dispatch anything it will be counterfeit. I HAVE BEEN PROVED CORRECT SEE LATEST UPDATE.

Wowcher using a specific email address given by PayPal. I have also reported the transaction to my bank as fraudulent.

I will also be reviewing Wowcher themselves as this was a first experience and they clearly don’t vet the companies they partnership with very well. I never knew that this happens till I looked at their reviews and see these concerns about merchants have been raised before.

4/5 update wowchers response has been to email the merchant copying me in - they are contacting them on the same email addresses I have consistently chased them on myself - so that is useful, not! Says give them 72 hours to response so this is going to drag on, but I will get a refund, will not let it go.

7/5 still no contact, still no goods - still fraudulent. I have now reported the company to companies house as they are registered as a Ltd company as fraudulent advising they check the reviews on here, which I notice are increasing and all still saying same thing. Please do the same thing if you have had the experience that at last count 32 (now over 50,) of us have had, the more people that report the more likely they will be investigated. I personally think the company the vouchers came from need reporting as well, as they are selling vouchers for a company that is not supplying anything!

8/5 Be persistent don’t loose your money if you bought vouchers for this bunch of (insert your word here) I sent Wowcher the trust pilot link to these reviews and what Google said about them along with more emails and this morning my full refund has finally come through. Don’t just leave it if you have lost money, they need to be held accountable for partnering with this lot.

19/5/26 bizarrely 2 items arrived today out of the 4. But, as expected still a total scam as they are fake items - I ordered K18 future society special edition lot of telling signs, box text is blurred, no serial number on base of product, pin hole in base in wrong place, consistency of product not like a genuine one and most telling of all the “limited edition scent” it’s absolutely scentless supposed to be floral. Items binned - so not only do they not supply goods, if they ever do the goods will be fake as fake can be!

Ordered three items nothing has arrived. I have contacted them they have just not replied. Bought a wowcher to buy products with no joy with Wowcher either said by purchasing the wowcher they have fulfilled their duty. Do not buy from either total waste of money it’s an utter scam.

Do NOT buy from this company. Bought a product that never came and when I tried to email and instagram dm them for tracking and a refund they never replied. Scammers
