The product arrived more than ten days late. I contacted the company, and they apologised and explained that there was a delay at the warehouse. The product arrived today. It was nicely packaged and looks genuine, so apart from the delivery delay, everything seems to be fine

Bought the k18 threw Wowcher sadly didn’t read reviews before hand it did arrive but it’s fake Wowcher been absolutely useless to sort it out so going threw my bank now avoid at all costs

There's no option to leave less than one star, but if I could, I would. They're a scam company who sell through Wowcher and never redeems the voucher. It has been over two months, and I still haven't received my products. Despite contacting them, I haven't had a response and have to seek a refund through Wowcher

I placed an order with them through Wowcher in April and up until today, I have not received it. When I ask them for a refund, they said contact Wowcher. Please avoid this company. They are very bad and you will never receive it. They take the money and don't send the orders. Very bad

I placed an order without reading the reviews and was quite scared after seeing them. My order was dispatched a little but I eventually got it. The box was slightly damaged but everything else was fine. I bought the k18 hair mask and have been using it for about a week now and I'm started to see some differences.

Paid for a hair oil waited until after the allotted delivery day, questioned when i would get my item, i didnt get a response but they did cancel it without giving me a refund. Rithu now ignoring all my emails and wowcher wont help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Definitely a scam. Ordered GHDS through wowcher. Still waiting for the delivery??? Not getting any response from them. Somebody’s making a lot of money. This is giving wowcher a bad name as well.

If there was 0 stars i would happily give it to this company. TOTAL SCAM AND DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!! Bought K18 products from wowcher and redeemed them but no sign of my order being delivered on the delivery date?! Reached out to wowcher and got a full refund 🙌🏻 but then also got an email from these people saying order cancelled!! So you did have my order but just couldn't be bothered to send it out.

Ordered through Wowcher in April with a delivery date of 6th of May. No email confirming the order by the company or invoice. Left it over a week to email the company and didn’t hear anything at all. Emailed them again a few days later once again no reply.
Emailed Wowcher who told me that the company had a break in a few weeks ago and were struggling with orders.
If this is the case why are the company still taking orders they cannot fulfill and not communicating this to customers.
I have since received a full refund from Wowcher but this experience even makes me wary of using them as they knew about this issue as evidenced by previous reviews and where still promoting the offer.

Scam. Same experience as every other consumer. Ordered on Wowcher, paid postage, no product & no reply to multiple emails. Wowcher refunded my money, but why would Wowcher continue using this vendor?

Like many others, i ordered a product and paid delivery through the Wowcher site but i did not receive the item.
I also email this company .....of course they didn't reply.

Never sent me my ordered and now customer service is not responding to me. Shocking!

Would give zero stars if I could. Same story - wowcher deal, ordered and 3 weeks later still nothing received and no response. Wowcher are refunding the money.

Just to note for anyone who finds themselves in this situation again where a company refuses to refund you to your card for an online order - legally, your right as a consumer is to have your refund received in the form of your original payment i.e. they cannot force you to accept a credit note for an online order you paid for with your debit/credit card. You also have 14 day cancellation protection with online orders from the day after you receive the item. This includes a refund of standard postage costs (not return postage cost though) and must be refunded to original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Dont let these companies take your money and offer useless credit note refunds.

Stay well away! I bought a K18 future society hair mask via Wowcher, it was ordered on the 19th April and didn’t arrive until the 17th may! All emails ignored.
Thankfully I got a refund from Wowcher but today the FAKE item turned up, it is the most obvious fake copy I’ve ever received. The font print is blurry, please stay away, absolute joke of a company. Shouldn’t even be able to sell anything

Avoid this company at all costs
Purchased a woucher for k 18 hair mask and never received the item. Ignored all emails and woucher have finally refunded me.

Scam!! Don’t ever buy anything from this company at all. I bought expensive parfume via waowcher app the parfume delivered completely fake not genuine. I went to John lewes to Gucci lady to check the bottle and compare with the original one it’s 100% fake different smell different colour on the bottle smell stays on you max 30min. I’m in process to get my money back. Shame on you Rithu for scamming people..

Would not recommend this company, I ordered from them via wowcher and never received the order, they also never replied to the several emails I sent them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid!

I made an order through Wowcher for a K18 mask. I paid £30 and I paid another £10 in delivery fees. It was ordered on the 2nd of May and expected on or before the 11th of May. I have not received anything. I also emailed them and they have not responded. I entered my order number into their website and it goes to a blank page. I have now opened a dispute with my bank for taking my money and not receiving my items. Do not trust this absolute scam of a business. Wowcher should also be held responsible.
