'Next day delivery' never arrived. Absolutely screwed us over. Slate coasters are pants quality, none are ever stable.

I’ve ordered from Rinkit twice now and both times I’ve been really pleased. The products arrived well packaged, delivery was fast, and the customer service was exceptional. Everything was smooth from start to finish would definitely order again!

Very pleased with product. One of the glasses was broken on arrival but a replacement was sent the same day. Excellent service.

We bought 8 DIY metal garden beds. They were 50% off on sale and fantastic value for money. The instructions are clear, the pieces are well packed, and they even include the screwdriver, wrench and a few extra screws and bolts. The screws and bolts all come in a plastic case, which you can re-use (maybe for seeds), and they are easy to assemble. Really pleased.

Sent silver garden plant unit, photo showed medium grey like the previous 2 I'd ordered said some shades differ what a joke ...

Fantastic company to deal with. Plenty of product choice and arrived the next day. One of the glasses in a case of 6 was damaged but I messaged at 8 PM on a Friday PM to make them aware and I got a response from Ana immediately that same evening to explain a replacement would be on its way.. Can’t ask for any better service than that. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

My original order was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address by the courier and could not be located. Rinkit responded quickly, were very understanding and arranged a replacement straight away.

The replacement frames were dispatched promptly and arrived safely the following afternoon. The communication from Ana and the team was excellent throughout, and they made a stressful situation so much easier.

I’ve ordered from Rinkit before without any problems and will happily continue to use them. Thank you for such helpful and efficient service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a tarpaulin for the garden. It arrived but was damaged. I contacted customer services with photos and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day. The one we have is perfect for what we need.

I was happy with the price of the product and the way the customer service team dealt with a small issue with one of the products I received. Thanks Ana!

I ordered from rinkit and it arrived the next day. Very impressive. There was a problem as a couple of the glasses were broken. This was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Trying to be helpful, I sent a follow up email after they had resolved the issue which was not acknowledged. I did not expect them to do anything further - just to acknowledge its receipt. It would then have been a 5*review. Good company to deal with. Thank you.

Highly recommended. I had an issue that was totally my fault and it was not only resolved quickly but in a way that was above and beyond what I would have expected.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order. This was our first time trying Rinkit, and we chose to order based on a specific promise: Next Day Delivery.

Before placing the order on 16 July, we contacted your Customer Service team via online chat. We were double-assured that if we ordered by 6:00 PM, the items would arrive the next day. Because we needed these items urgently for a project, we went ahead with the purchase based on that confirmation.
Unfortunately, it is now 19 July, and the tracking shows the parcel is still on its way with Evri. We have tried reaching out for help via WhatsApp, but we have not received a helpful resolution.
This delay has caused significant disruption, as our work has been put on hold while we wait for the delivery. We are very disappointed that the service did not match what was promised.

Although Rinkit tried to resolve the issue by swiftly sending replacement items, the products unfortunately arrived not as described. Consequently, we decided to secure a refund and donate the items. While we appreciate Rinkit's efforts to rectify the situation, these actions cannot compensate for the financial losses we incurred due to project delays caused by these errors.

Again, thank you Rinkit for trying to resolve the issues swiftly.

I ordered two sets of colored drinking glasses and when they arrived 2 of them in one of the boxes were broken. I reached out to the company and let them know. They promptly took care of things and sent a new box. They arrived and were perfect. The company response and service are both world class and both friendly and professional.

Disappointing customer service when an order went wrong.

I selected and paid for the next-day delivery option offered at checkout, but my order did not arrive within the stated timeframe, it was 2 days later than promised. When it arrived, items were missing from the parcel. This was particularly frustrating as the items were intended as a gift.

I was offered either a refund for the missing items or for the missing items to be resent, but the replacement delivery would have taken another 48 hours, which was too late. Had the original order arrived on time, there would have been enough time to resolve the issue.

I requested a refund of the delivery charge, as the next-day delivery service I paid for was not provided. This was refused on the basis that the parcel was eventually delivered, which completely missed the point. I paid for next-day delivery of my complete order, not for a parcel to eventually arrive with items missing.

I had also added the additional item to my order specifically to make the delivery cost worthwhile. On its own, this item was not something I would have ordered, as it was a low-value item and the delivery charge would not have been justified. The issue was therefore not simply resolved by refunding the missing items.

After further explaining my concerns, my emails are now no longer being responded to. I don't want to leave a negative review as I've had a good experience previously (when orders were fulfilled successfully). However, I feel compelled to share this experience as I feel the issue has not been handled fairly and now I'm being ignored.

A very disappointing experience and poor handling of what should have been a straightforward resolution.

We bought a Rinkit garden parasol with a base last month, but two days after we set it up, there was a storm. The morning after, both parasol and base were on the ground with one of the wood struts broken in half, making the parasol canopy hard to erect.

Numerous calls and emails exchanged with Rinkit proved futile. They said that in case of a storm we should have taken the parasol inside. OK, but all our neighbours had their parasols in place in their gardens and nothing happened to them!

Anyway, thinking we could repair the strut later we followed Rinkit's advice and closed the parasol every evening. Also we fastened the whole structure extra-tightly to the base (although there were no instructions telling us how to do this) because that was key to what happened - the whole parasol flew out of the base. But when we got up next morning, we saw that both parasol and base, to which the parasol was now tightly fastened, had tipped over and was on the ground. This has happened several times since then. Clearly the base is not heavy enough to keep the parasol in place, but there was been no admission of responsibility by Rinkit. Seriously, Rinkit cannot expect us to bring our entire parasol into the house every evening. Where would we store it? In the sitting room? This makes absolutely no sense, yet this is what they suggested. You do not buy a garden parasol with the intention of keeping it in your sitting room, Rinkit know this as well as anyone else.

Rinkit said they are unwilling to refund the cost or replace our parasol, but they have offered us a discount (unnamed sum) on our next purchase. However we now feel that Rinkit doesn't really check the quality of the products it buys in bulk. They go for the look and style. We have bought attractive products from them in the past, their quality is not always bad. But in this case, either the base was not heavy enough or the parasol has to be supported through the hole of a garden table, and when you see similar parasols outside, for instance in restaurant gardens and patios, that is how they are safeguarded, arranged with the main parasol strut going through the dining table. But in our case, that is not how we wanted to use it. We have alread have a part of our garden which is shady, which we use to eat in. We wanted to place the parasol in a situation where it would shade our deck chairs. Now that is simply impractical, we are not prepared to lug our Rinkit parasol from sitting room to garden every day.

I must also add that there were no instructions whatsoever provided in the box when the parasol was delivered. No instruction paper, no nothing. Yet all blame for what happened was put on us.

We previously had an umbrella/parasol with a base from a different company, which lasted us more than 14 years. I would prefer not to mention the name of that company, which has outlets in most UK and European cities, and a strong reputation for quality - but its parasols are a bit more expensive. So maybe in a sense what happened was our fault; maybe we were being stingy when we bought from Rinkit.

I would advise people who are thinking of getting their parasol from Rinkit to think carefully. First, are you OK to assemble the parasol without instructions? Second, do you intend to position it through the hole in a dining table in your garden? Alternatively, are you willing to bring it into your sitting room or some other room every evening? (Be warned that it is quite heavy!). There are practical disadvantages to buying a Rinkit parasol.

I ordered 24 garden chairs via The Range website last Thursday and received them the following day. Unfortunately three of the chairs got damaged in transit. I was directed to the Rinkit customer service team who resolved the problem within two days.

Paid £5 for an item to be delivered ‘Next day’, Evri delivered it after 3 days and I no longer need it, arrived too late. I complained to customer services to which I was told ‘ To clarify, the £5.00 "Next day" delivery option selected at checkout is our standard delivery service. While the majority of these orders are delivered within 24 hours, this is not a guaranteed next-day service, and on occasion delivery can take 48–72 hours depending on the courier's network and any unexpected delays so we're unable to offer a free return on this occasion.’

Wonderfully misleading and now I have to pay ANOTHER £5 for the privilege of sending it back. Nice one.
