Purchased glasses for an event, there was an issue with delivery that got resolved incredibly quickly so what could have been a negative turned into a great result. Good to see good customer service can still be found.

Their quickness in dealing with a damaged item I received was all resolved in a matter of an hour once photos were sent and a replacement being sent

We ordered some shelving which unfortunately had some missing parts. After contacting the company they responded very quickly and sent a replacement set of shelving at no extra cost that arrived the next day! Wonderful customer service and very quick to reply to our initial enquiry. Thank you for your help.

I would rather give no stars but there isn't that option. What a rubbish company, they have not delivered the item I ordered through Tesco Market place and have told me to fill in a refund/ return form. There is no facility to do this as goods not delivered... don't buy from them.

Bought dinner ware online and was delivered promptly next day. Sadly 4 dinner plates were broken so rang and replaced next day so pleased with great customer service and delivery service. Great value for money dinner ware. Same great service for my second order of sets of drinking glasses.

This was the first time I had ordered from Rinkit and unfortunately the delivery, although very quick, was incomplete. I contacted the company and they immediately forwarded the rest of the order without any hesitation and I was impressed with their service.

I had ordered 2 stools from Rinkit. Unfortunately, the parcel was open and 1 stool missing when Evri delivered. Evri was not interested in resolving the issue and refered me back to Rinkit. Within an hour of e mailing about this, on a Saturday, I received a reply stating that a replacement would be sent out. I received the replacement on Monday.
The product was also very satisfactory.
I would definately purchase from Rinkit again. My particular thanks to Sara for her prompt snd professional customer service.

Well, what a company. I ordered six tulip glasses late on Sunday and received them perfectly packaged this morning (next day) from a DPD delivery service.
The glasses are exactly as advertised and I’m very pleased with them and the prompt service I received.
Well done.
I will not hesitate to use this company again.

The items purchased are great, really lovely but their customer service is exceptional. Two items were chipped when they arrived, Rinkit replied immediately to my email and are sending replacements. So helpful and pleasant. A breath of fresh air. Thank you

Received 4 gin glasses this morning and unfortunately 1 was damaged. I contacted Rinkit shortly afterwards and within a short period of time they had responded to my communication and arranged for a replacement to be delivered. Extremely satisfied with the prompt response and action. Based on this I would certainly recommend them!

Nice glasses 5 star for that but you discontinued my custom even tho I were a regular. I spent loads in the last few year.
because of delivery incidents.
But I did say Evri are not very reliable or professional.
And they left items at the door and broken. But I got blamed unfortunately that’s always the same with me.

Bought a toilet seat via B&Q. Delivered in time but faulty so contacted the company direct. Excellent and immediate resolution with a replacement product issued the same day and received next day. Easily fitted and looks lovely. Would definitely recommend

I recently purchased a loo brush set. It arrived quickly but unfortunately the packaging was damaged in transit and the holder was dented.
I contacted customer service last night and I received a lovely reply from Mathilde first thing this morning!
They have arranged a replacement for me.
