I've bought a few things from this store online and been very happy with the service. Very fast delivery and items good quality and great value. I've had a couple of issues and they are always sorted promptly. Recently I ordered a large batch of various drinking glasses. One if the glasses was broken when I opened the box. I emailed the customer service dept with photos and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out the same day. It's quite rare to get such prompt service from an online retailer. I will definitely use Rinkit again.

Excellent customer service. I just placed an order and realised I had made a mistake. I sent a message to Rinkit they replied very quickly and were able to cancel the order so I can now re- order. It was next day delivery so the service I received was absolutely brilliant. Thank you to Dragan who assisted me with this.

I ordered 6 plastic garden chairs from Rinkit com via Tesco Marketplace. Unfortunately one chair had a crack in the seat. I contacted Rinkit Customer Service who were very helpful and arranged a replacement for the faulty chair, no quibbles. I have now received the chair and overall am very happy with the price of goods and the service I received.

Ordered a set of wine glasses Wednesday. They arrived Thursday and delivery was free. What more can you ask! Thank you!

I made an order consisting of various glassware products about 6 months ago. I was looking into possibly buying more in the future but made a small order to see what the product quality was like.

I had just missed out as there had been a price increase. While browsing for a few weeks, the item I wanted was £0.79 and it was up to £0.99. I still managed to get a 10% saving due to a bulk-buy discount, so wasn't too unhappy.

The products were nice so went to look to buy more a few months later.

The same product is now listed at £2.99 and the bulk buy saving is not there anymore. I am not sure how you can justify a 300% increase?

This was the same story across a lot of the other glassware I had purchased. I would have said great value for money before, but now - complete rip-off. Your products are nice but they are not worth these new prices. I cannot believe how much your prices have gone up by. Your clip-top jars are now the same price as Kilner jars but the quality is much more inferior.

To top it off, I tried to make a review on the website and there is no option to select anything but 5 stars! What an absolute scam.

Bought 4 garden chairs from Rinkit and they were self assembly. Had a problem with one of them and Rinkit sent out a replacement box of 2 very quickly. Would definitely recommend Rinkit. Great customer service.

Evri lost my parcel,I got in touch with rinkit and within a day I'd got a replacement angelina beer glasses.excellent service.

Excellent service, ordered some mugs and cutlery, best prices next day delivery. 1 was broken, contacted them got response straight away, they're sending replacement. Fantastic service. Definitely recommend them.

I had a problem with a faulty product. I contacted customer services on-line and the emailed me back within the hour. A replacement product is on its way. Excellent service!

Great price, the items I bought from Rinkit were so much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Items arrive early and well packaged, unfortunately there was a small defect in one of the glasses however Rinkit sent out a replacement glass straight away which arrived just a little over 24 hours after my initial email. Exceptional customer service!

Very quick service with great customer support. Everything was packaged with plenty of protection. Unfortunately 1 item broke during transit. Mathilde at Rinkit was fast to respond and send out a replacement.

I use Rinkit as my main supplier of blank glasses and I can not state enough how good the service is. Not only does the site offer a huge range of glass styles but the delivery is incredibly fast which works great for me. Any issues, like a broken glass (which is bound to happen from time to time) they respond quick and sort out the issue even faster.

I totally received the wrong goods, so, I emailed the sales team at Rinkit and I had an immediate response and apology. They immediately processed the correct order and I took delivery of my glassware the next day.

The glassware is of a good quality and I will look forward to serving drinks in my new glasses to family and friends.

I had never heard of Rinkit before a friend recommended them to me when I was wanting to buy raised beds for my allotment.First reaction was they looked good and so did the price so I ordered them. Living in N.I. I expected to wait at least a week for delivery so I was amazed when they arrived 2days later! They are excellent quality, easy to put together and look brilliant! I’m delighted with them. Very highly recommend this company.

I’ve had several orders from Rinkit and never been disappointed. I recently made another purchase and there was a slight issue with my order, Rinkit came up trumps Lauren in customer service sorted everything promptly and professionally and my issue was resolved, I definitely recommend and will buying directly from Rinkit again.

Ordered a table yesterday and had a few probs but Evangeline was incredibly helpful. I couldn't believe I received the table this morning. I thought it was going to be at least 2 days.Would definitely recommend for quality of product, great customer service and speed of delivery.

Had mirrors delivered and some had adhesive included and some were missing. Got in contact and the team sorted me out within the hour. In future ill be buying directly and not via a third party. Brilliant experience

Ordered Jasper The Cat doorstops via Amazon. There was a problem with the initial delivery (not their fault)but once I notified them by email they resolved the issue really quickly and re delivered the products the next day after I asked for a new delivery. Great products,great customer service and much appreciated with you resolving the issues so quickly.
