Very disappointing. I've had two problems with two different stoves from ridge monkey which are dangerous and unsafe that cost a premium price. The whole experience has put me off buying from ridge monkey in the future.

Fantastic service - Contacted RidgeMonkey about a broken handle, a replacement set was dispatched that day. Can’t fault them. Thanks for a great product and a great service.

Ive lost the remote for my vault bivvy lite and contacted to see if a replacement was available. I received a quick response, and was asked to forward serial number, which was followed by an even quicker response telling me a replacement wasn’t available, and to try a third party part (I’ve contacted 2 now but both say there’s won’t work).
Ultimately the timely response was 5 star, but the outcome not hence the middle of the road 3 stars.

Handles broke, they sent new ones for free and quickly

The RidgeMonkey customer service is excellent! I have had 2 problems with my baitboat, caused be myself and RidgeMonkey sorted the problems out within a few days! Great customer communication. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got in contact late one night about obtaining a spare part, got back to me the following day an couldnt be more helpful. Superb all round as are there products.

Superb customer services. Sent replacement handles for my sandwich maker the day I contacted them and received them the next day.

Tengo un xf1compac y sin toldo ni solución por la marca ,se lavan las manos .. es indígnate que compres un bivvi de 1000€ y la marca no de una solución ,y pagando todo .. no vuelvo a comprar está marca .. lo importante es una marca con un buen servicio postventa y ridgemonkey no lo tiene . Nos toman el pelo a los consumidores ..

Completely dismissive of a product fault because no proof of purchase - surely it's serial number will show how old it is. I offered to pay for a repair and they don't have the facilities to do. Piss poor
To be fair Ridgemonkey have consequently come back to me and set a new replacement

Their products are great and tough and clever. I lost the spout off their (very clever) water butt thingy. I emailed them, and not only did they send me a replacement but it was with me 48 hours later. It probably cost them more in postage than they made off the initial purchase. Proper old school customer service! Would recommend!

Great customer service. Part of my item broke within a few months of use. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement out free of charge and it was with me 2 days later. Very trustworthy customer service.

Very fast response from Ridgemonkey. They're products are first class. One of my handles locking buttons broke, so I contacted them
I got a prompt reply and they indicated they will post out a replacement when they get them back in stock. Fantastic

So I had a slight gas leak on my cooker valve. Emailed support who said they are on back order. I expected just a pipe however a brand new cooker was sent out as soon as they came back in stock. Amazing service and always amazing product

I purchased a Grilla BBQ Dual Fuel in September last year.
I used it twice and discovered that the gas is not shutting off even when the regulator is in off position.
As soon as I screw the gas bottle on the regulator, I can hear the gas coming out of the gas cylinder.
If the BBQ has been used and the gas regulator is then set to off, there is still a flame burning on the gas cylinder.

Even if I could just unscrew the bottle from the regulator, I think that it can be dangerous to use the Grilla this way.

I contacted customer service in order to ask if it could be possible to get a gas unit replacement.
I even attached a video of the Grilla with gas regulator shut off and the flames still burning.

The customer service was quick to respond.

The answer was that they do not have gas units as replacements.
I should send the product to them and then they can "assess the item and decide if a warranty replacement can be offered if it meets the warranty terms."
I had also attached the proof of purchase with the email inquiry.
Since it is clearly a manufacturing failure, I asked how I could send the product back without any costs on my part.
The answer was that "Charges are going to be inevitable" and I need to pay for sending the item back.
I live in Denmark and it will probably be cheaper for me to buy a replacement gas regulator than sending the Grilla back to the UK or Germany where it was bought.

I think that when a product comes with a certain price tag, one can expect a quality product and should not pay extra charges in order to make it safe to use.

Very disappointed.

**Update**
I sent a follow-up email.
After a few days I received an answer from RidgeMonkey customer service again.
I was glad to read that they will contact the webshop I bought the item from and have them to send me a replacement.
It was two weeks ago and nothing happened yet.
I have now contacted the webshop directly and hope for a quick resolution.

**Final update**
The webshop had not been contacted by RidgeMonkey and opened at reclamation case.
After a couple of days, the webshop and RidgeMonkey has been in contact and today I received a replacement free of charge.
This is really good customer service!

So I updated my rating from two stars to four.
I did not set 5 stars because it should not have happened to start with and it took more than a month to come to a resolution.

The case is closed and I'm quite happy with the outcome.

My Ridgemonkey Connect Sandwich toaster developed a fault with the handles that had become brittle and subsequently broke. I contacted customer services. My telephone call was answered promptly and the man I spoke to was incredibly helpful and efficient. New replacement handles were dispatched and received within a few days.

I’ve enjoyed using my Ridge Monkey XL grill for a number of years and found it so versatile. Unfortunately one of the handles failed, however upon emailing customer service it was no hassle for them to send out a new pair of handles for the cost of £7.20 to cover postage. The new handles look to have improved the area that failed too!!

I spoke to a real person instead of messaging and was sent out the part I required immediately.
