I bought an Echo bait boat and it worked fine for the first few months and then could not find any fish. Sent in to Ridgemonkey and they tested it on a lake where they found fish (showed me the video). On its return I tried it in a few lakes and still found nothing so sent it back in for them to have another look. This time when they tested although the boat did find some fish, it didn't find as many as they expected, so the sent me a new boat as a replacement. They could have sent the original one back as they did find fish. Called them a few times and spoke with Adam, each time I felt he listened, spoke with empathy and did everything he could do to resolve the issue. First class service.

I purchased a night glow crimping set front ebay and unfortunately they broke the first time I used them .I contacted the seller who past it over to ridgemonkey and in less than 24hrs a brand new arrived by post . Absolutely first class customer service !!!!! Top quality service top quality products.

I contacted ridge monkey concerning my quad stove which has a gas leak on the connection leaving me with a extremely dangerous piece of tackle granted that my stove is out of warranty, no service or repair available was told there was nothing they could do for me

Really amazing customer service. I had an issue with handles no longer working and, when it was established that there were no replacements in stock, RidgeMonkey send me two new pan sets within a couple of days. You really can’t get better than that! Thank you, RidgeMonkey.

Contacted Ridge Monkey about a damaged Grilla cookstation. They responded very quickly and provided a practical solution. Excellent customer service — can’t fault them. I would highly recommend.

I have been asking if I can buy a new front panel for XF2 V2. As the zip has broken they said they didn’t do then and I asked if I could just buy a zip and had no answer back

The customer service i received from David was the best, I bought a ridgemonkey quad stove which had some gas irregularities so it wasnt working right, I messaged ridgemonkey and after explaining the situation and sending a quick video, david seen the problem and issued me a replacement straight away which was dispatched the very next day, I honestly couldn't be any happier with the service iv been provided with.

The customer service was brilliant as are the products.
While in my Campervan I forgot to put my RM XL away and it came off the work top breaking both handles,I called ridge monkey to see if they had replacements which hadn’t at the time,they my details for when they came into stock,a few weeks they the handles arrived free of charge 😊

Contacted within a few days about my query.
The unfortunately was the plus,the negative is that I have been waiting for a part for months. the stove is of no use without this part. I think this is unacceptable.These stoves are not cheep and for the hose to fail Angus every where I feel it is not acceptable.
still on back order I have no choice but to wait.

After contacting RidgeMonkey regarding a baitboat win from uk carp tech one of the rear lights stopped working.I was asked to email all proof of win of which I did To Adam at Ridgemonkey but unfortunately I have had no response.Not Very happy.

I have 2 RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toasters XL Granite Editions. The handles were damaged / broken. On contacting RidgeMonkey, I inquired if spare handles were an available to purchase separately, and what was the cost - for 2 sets. RidgeMonkey came straight back to me and informed me they would send me replacements handles, straight away. This they did and at no cost to me, not even postage. This was excellent service, that I did not expect - as I expected to pay for the replacements. I really do love my RidgeMonkeys - extremely versatile when away in my Campervan. Thank You “RidgeMonkey”
