What absolutely brilliant service from ridge monkey the pin came out my Handel so rang the service team supplied new ones free so when it arrived I was overwhelmed with the service from them can’t fault the service big shout out to the team at ridge monkey thanks Simon.

I contacted RidgeMonkey regarding spare parts a while back. The parts wasn't in stock at the time. RidgeMonkey took my details and said that they would be sent out once they came back in stock. The spare parts arrived yesterday at no extra cost. Superb service and great communication from RidgeMonkey.

I bought a RidgeMonkey Sandwich Toaster XL recently and the product itself is brilliant. Unfortunately, I one of the hands shattered after closing it too hard which isn't a great start as it was only the third time using it.
However, I contacted the customer service team by email and they sent a replacement set of handles without question or argument. Their responses were very quick and the service has been brilliant.
It would be nice if the handles were made of a stronger material but it's good to know the customer service team is on hand to help if needed. Overall, would definitely recommend

Unbelievable fast response and resolution to my issues. I emailed on a Friday night and got an email back at 8:10 on Monday morning with a fix to my problem without any problem. Couldn't recommend their customer service more.

Bought a sandwich pan and one of the handles broke . I contacted the company and they sent replacement handles out incredibly quickly. Excellent customer service.
The pan itself is also excellent very versatile and easy to store and use .

I had a mishap with my Fiancé's product while cleaning it for him... Concerned the upcoming marriage wouldn't be upcoming anymore I contacted Ridgemonkey via email and Ridgemonkey David (an awesome humanbeing!) has come to the rescue! And now I think I have secured the "Best (very soon to be) Wife" title!

Service und kommunikation in Garantiefällen völlig unzureichend. Mein Futterboot liegt seit 3 Monaten bei der Reparatur. Auf E-Mails wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Würde ich niemandem Empfehlen.

I’ve been a keen user of my Connect Sandwich Toaster Granite Edition for a couple of years. Never cooked a sandwich in it, but heated pies, cooked a full breakfast, steaks etc. all on our camper van’s hot plate stove & has been EXCELLENT!

And then, somehow managed to lose the handles! Both of them!

One email to Rudgemonkey & David sent replacements out which arrived within a couple of days! Great product & even GREATER SERVICE!

I brought ridge money 750 bait boat two year ago used first time in France and it keep stopping when take bait out lost connection. Took it back to place of purchase to fix when i got it back batteries needed replacing didn’t hold charge. Out in France now water got in side boat body and cut out every 30 seconds worse purchase ever

Excellent customer service from RidgeMonkey. The customer representative, David, answered my enquiry within 24 hours and had already dispatched the relevant spare part which arrived the next day. Absolutely brilliant job.

I contacted RidgeMonkey to ask how I could get both handles on my Connect Compact Sandwich Toaster either repaired or replaced as they had become so stiff that they were very difficult to attach and then release from the pan. David, Customer Services Advisor replied immediately and sorted delivery of both handles which arrived packaged perfectly yesterday. Extremely prompt and efficient customer service and a great product. Thank you.

I bought a camping stove that seemed to light sometimes and not others. Retailer refused to change it so contacted Ridgemonkey customer service. Quick response from them, asked for proof of purchase and short video that I sent. I received an email after a day or two saying they were sending me another one by courier. Well done them

After an email and a phone call I finally heard from Ridgemonkey customer service and they were brilliant, within three days (as promised) I received the part I needed.
Can’t fault them and this is why I spend a lot of my wages on their products…. Because they care.

Absolutely fantastic, I unfortunately lost a couple of silicone grommets on my grilla cook station. Contacted Ridge monkey and asked where I could buy some, and they sent out replacement ones free of charge and I had them within 3 days. Honestly the best after sales service I've probably had.
