Perfect Sellers, Highly Recommended
Ride LEV have been great sellers from the start. Really fast tracked delivery and very helpful staff. I had a faulty battery issue, and before I knew it a replacement and charger was being sent to me even though the faulty one hadn't been sent back at that point. Perfect customer service. What more can I say, I'd 100% buy from them again and recommend them. Many thanks to Chris personally for his help.

Arrived the next day - perfect!
I had a product question, staff were helpful and friendly and confirmed the item was available from stock so ordered new lock online 3.30pm in the afternoon and it arrived the next day - perfect!

Fantastic service
I bought a KTM Macina Sport e-bike for my wife so that we could ride together. Ed is very friendly and kept us informed every step of the way so we felt we were in safe hands. Paul delivered the bike on his van, built and ready to ride. Paul took the time to talk us through all the features. I've been looking forward to getting an electric bike for the last couple of years, so it was great that when I finally bought one, the process was so easy.

Great service very happy, my bike arrived and had slight marking from delivery not ride Lev’s fault but ED was straight on the Case of sorting me out, bike was put together great and performs great would definitely recommend anyone who is wanting to make a purchase, thank you again

Exceptional service
I placed my order after speaking with Ed on the phone, he gave me a dispatch date of 3-5 working days. I was happy with that, about 10 minutes after I'd placed the order he phoned back and said I could have my bike the next working day. Buzzing obviously... the bike was delivered within 20 hours of me placing the order and Paul walked me through the controls. Exceptional service and aftercare. Thanks Ed

Initially I wanted to go to a bike shop…
Initially I wanted to go to a bike shop to get my first electric bike, for advice, future repairs and servicing. I’ve now found out there is a new way of doing things. After many online reviews and YouTube videos were digested I had settled on a Tern and the only one available to that time was on Ride LEV. I’m glad it was as the following experience was seamless. Ed from Ride was in touch that day to arrange delivery and have a chat. The bike was delivered to my work address, the technician was in touch to arrange the set up the next day. Throughout this I had WhatsApp updates. Brilliant service.
P.s I like the bike as well.
