I feel that I have been scammed as the email given for contact re my order #1242 by the company does not work and emails bounce back. There is no way to contact them to tell them that the instruction manual they promise to send independently has not arrived and I needed another one to be sent. The saddle did arrive but it’s not straightforward to install it and I suspect it will not be the quality promised. BEWARE THIS COMPANY as it relies on people mistaking it for the much more established Ridelab Denmark.

Possibly the worst decision I made to purchase from this company.

I purchased a scooter for £650.00 for my son's Christmas which only lasted for two months and then developed a fault.

I reported the fault and to begin the service was ok. I was advised as the scooter was in warranty, I could return with the possibility of repair. I had to pack the scooter and drop it at a collection point for return.

From that point, the service has been extremely poor. The warranty company are unable to confirm when the part will arrive or if it can be repaired. Leaving my son with no scooter.

Additionally, I asked for a refund to allow my son to be able to choose another scooter, however, the company's reply was they are not in a position to do this as they're possibly going into liquidation!

Currently, my son is without his scooter and I'm out of pocket £650.00 with no sign of help or resolution.

Disappointed doesn't even come close!

I was interested in the Mev 3.0 electric car to purchase, after talking different people and the burocracy of nobody really bothers to come back ( agents, brokers whoever) to the customer I gave up my intention to buy anything from them. I have got only empty promises from them, somebody could have come back to me with details of the electric car. Nobody really did.
They didnt mention it but availble just and only on business finance.
I further dont understand why this company gets 5* reviews?Me personally did not have a good experience with them.

Have just bought an electric bike from this company.
The service has been excellent.
Sensing that I was a bit nervous about assembling - the bike was assembled and checked in advance and delivered in person by the Owner who talked me thru everything.
Can't of course always promise that personal delivery like this will happen - probably unusual - but this compony does seem to offer a mechanic to come to your house and assemble your bike which is a good idea and helpful for first time electric bike buyers.
The price was highly competitive for the model I wanted.
I had a couple of rather silly e mail questions afterwards and these were answered very quickly and with patience!
Recommended.

Easy ordering and very very fast delivery.

Even though my order was delayed for quite a while, communication was good to let me know what was going on.

Very fast delivery... But sadly had to return goods. However refund was very speedy too! Can't fault the service.

I purchased an Electric Scooter for my granddaughter which was at a lower price than many other outlets with a very reasonable delivery charge. It arrived within 36 hours - Very impressed!

Fantastic price service and correspondence

These people are amazing and I cant rate them enough, such great communication from start to finish.
Ordered my kids scooters from them last year and due to a mess up with myself including the wrong postcode had an issue with the delivery. But these guys were always great at getting back to me and even offered to drive 200 miles to deliver them in person so the kids could have them before Christmas. Thankfully it didn't come to that and the delivery guy found us in the end.
I even messaged them on Boxing Day for instructions on how to use the scooter and they got straight back to me.
If only everyone else could be as efficient and helpful as these when ordering online.
I always check the postcode now (don't rely on computer systems to 'find' addresses) when ordering anything.
Would highly recommend these to anyone and cant wait for my kids to grow out of their scooters so I can order some more from them.

Amazing customer service, wasn't sure how long item would take to be delivered. Needed for my sons birthday present. Sent message on what's app, couldn't of tried hard enough to get me this item on time, kept me updated, called and messaged to let me know what was happening! although arrived a day later than i needed, they sent a a special surprise for my son as an apology, even though wasn't their fault! Thankyou!
