Waste of time ordering from this company, goods do not arrive and thay ignore your emails. PayPal refunded immediately as must be known this company scams people.

I popped in to ask for help getting a tube into a skinny road bike tyre. The guy in Bike boom was really nice, dropped what he was doing and helped me right away.
He fixed it in seconds and gave me some helpful advice, didn’t charge me for his trouble- will definitely come back

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID….. Just in case you are not sure what I was getting at… my advice is to AVOID this company. I was continually lied to about my item being shipped. No tracking information provided, which I HAD PAID FOR. Now I know the reason for no tracking. Item was not despatched even after being told on 3 separate calls it had been.

Bought an item through the website, said it was in stock, got a confrontation email, then nothing. 41 days of total silence from these clowns and received no item that I payed for. Fortunately I purchased through PayPal so I had some degree of protection. Correspondence with the shop was via private email and PayPal so I had a record that I could pursue a refund with. Eventually managed to get a refund through PayPal. But to go 41 days with no response at all from this shop is ridiculous, not even a “sorry we messed up”. Does it even exist? I wouldn’t know, I’ve no evidence to show that it exists other than a flashy website that takes your money. Anyway I ain’t buying from these guys again.

Bought and item a month ago through their website. Hadn’t arrived a week later and after contacting them was promised it the following week. Since then nothing has arrived and despite chasing I’ve not had the courtesy of a response. Fortunately the item I bought was low value but still it’s my money. I wouldn’t therefore risk a high value purchase if they are unable to maintain good comms with their customers. It’s a shame as I liked the values of the company based on their website.

I did order on the 15th December some part for my bike, I still not yet received them.
I did call the shop twice, and first time I was told the parts are on the way but I didn't receive them, I thought been Christmas could be Royal Mail having some problems.
I call back for the second time after few weeks to see what's happened, I was told by the wer he was going to resend them, but again i never have received them.
It is very strange after paying for the delivery I never got an email with the tracking number in both occasions or confirmation the parts were sent. Anyway very bad service

Always great service and good value for money. I'm due to put my bike in for some winter TLC, and I know it will receive exactly that. Terrific.

The chap who runs it is great, really helpful. He gave me really good advice and ordered parts that were need to repair my daughters MTB.

Tightened and tuned the bike, but the brakes were poorly balanced and worst of all, didn't lubricate or clean the chain - which was returned dry and dirty and didn't provide any kind of breakdown of the work that was done.
Disappointing service in every sense of the word.
