Qualität auch nach Jahren sehr gut
Ersatzteile für unseren Kratzbaum gekauft, wobei sie noch in Ordnung waren, nur optisch nicht mehr so schön, nach 6 Jahren. Bin Happy, dass wir so den geliebten Baum behalten können. Der ist sein Geld nach wie vor wert!
Lieferung war zeitlich angemessen und für die Katzen der große Karton das eigentliche Highlight 😉

Bekomme immer noch Ersatzteile für meinen Kratzbaum und das auch noch super schnell geliefert. Eine top Qualität lässt den Baum immer noch wie neu aussehen, trotz täglicher Benutzung von 3 Maine Coons.

Good
I looked for hours online at the different options for cat trees for our two indoor Burmese kitties. I wasn’t sure whether to get a cheaper one from somewhere like Amazon or a premium RHR one. I am very pleased with the RHR tree and would buy it again. It arrived to the UK fast and didn’t incur any import duties/VAT. The product is very well made and looks nice in the house. The cats love it and play far more now we have this. My only slight gripe is that customer services isn’t quite as slick as I'd expect from a premium brand but, due to the other benefits, I can live with that. Recommended.

Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden.
Leider ist innerhalb 2 Wochen das Sisal schon verrutscht obwohl wir nur 2 kleine hauskatzen haben und keine Main Coon Katzen 😞

At the beginning the cat tree was fine and sturdy and looked like it would last fine....
I was wrong
This week mold started to apeear and onlybon the cat tree.. no where else in the room.. ive always had cheapear cat trees in the same place and this never happened.. when i dediced to try something "better" this happens
It was full of mold on the sisals and i dont know what kind of sisals are their materials made feom or the inside part.. it i dont recomend.. and i loved it in the begginging and only bought this 5 months ago and their support team are not helping.
