Rhino Billiards Anmeldelser

I had an issue with a defective item from Rhino Billiards, but their customer service really impressed me. They sent a replacement quickly and didn’t even require me to return the original item. That level of trust and support says a lot about how they stand behind their products. Mistakes can happen with any company, but how they handle it makes all the difference and Rhino Billiards handled it the right way. That kind of costumer service earns my respect and future business and a company that stands behind what they sell. Thank you Team Rhino Billiards!

Love the product, thank you

The day after receiving my new Rhino breaking shaft it made its debut in my final 9 ball match of the session. Untested and fresh out of the box, the control and precision was absolutely noticeable which was much needed as I struggled with breaking to hard all session. But with that control came quick confidence in the shaft which lead to a 9 ball break to end the match with a score of 31 to 1. Absolutely clutch.

Good communication, have a sample joint to test for a match.

Great price, product and fast shipping.

I really like the look and feel of the cue. It shoots great. The lifetime warranty is a plus. I get a lot of compliments on it. Thanks again.

Delivered as advertised. Great experience.

Purchased a Nebula 2 cue with 11.88mm shaft from Amazon. Also purchased the weight kit. Wonderful cue for the money. The cue price dropped $60.00 in a week and Rhino honored the new price by sending me their $70.00 hard cue case at no cost. I’ve since purchased another shaft for my cue. Rhino has really been outstanding in my experience. Thanks Rhino.

Good products and fast shipping

Dealing with Vietnam by messaging is not a very proficient system. Time difference and a lack of knowledge on their part was annoying.

I love the shaft , perfect tip. They were very helpful by answering my emial after purchasing the wrong size by accident and sent me the right size !! Great customer service and care !!

Top of the Top really quality
Recommend for pro players

Product was on time.

Pricing is great ,fast delivery and the shaft as well as the crystal tip I believe is excellent and also the many different thread sizes that are available. Keep doing what you’re doing great product!

Shaft arrived fast, very well boxed and in great condition. Have already recommended them to others

First off, I loved my komet break cue, customer service was excellent in helping me out and I have recommended Rhino to all my pool playing friends

Cue is a great value for the price. Communication and ship time was questionable. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order for an in stock item.

It seems like your company is really concerned with the customers experience. The product is just want I wanted and expected. Thank you !

Purchased a Rhino CF break shaft just over 3 months ago and used it moderately. Worked well for those months then the tip seemed to be pushed in and rendered useless.
Contacted Rhino Billiards regarding this issue and they stated that it is not warrantied and would have to pay out of pocket for a replacement exchange., probably to exchange for another poorly constructed shaft that would end up doing the same thing 3 months later.

While these seem to be a great value for a carbon fiber shaft, they are built to the same quality standards as other brands. Rhino CF hits differently than Predator Revo and other top brands, and you won't have any of these issues that I had with Rhino products.

Advise: Spend the extra money elsewhere and get a better quality shaft rather than spending some money now and will later have to spend more money to get a replacement.
