The replacement shaft arrived much earlier than expected, and it came in perfectly sealed, no breakage and bent. The shaft works the same as my old broken stick, just a little tighter on the joint.

What made my experience great is knowing that I am receiving a top-quality product. I know having to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the product to be produced and shipped was worth waiting.

Happy with my purchase
I special ordered the Rhino break shaft and I am extremely pleased with the customer service for this product. They were prompt to answer when I sent an email to inquire about the status of my order. I used the shaft for the first time last week and I could not believe the difference in my breaking power and feel. I would definitely recommend this product from my initial review.

The Rhino Must cue is truly excellent

Great Customer Service!
I contacted Rhino and asked them if their shaft would fit a modified pin. I sent some dimensions and after reviewing it they told me that their "off the shelf" shaft would not fit, but they would be happy to make one in the shop. I ordered a MUST shaft and it arrived in just a few weeks. Absolutely perfect fit and the hit feels great! Outstanding communication. Great company to deal with and a great overall experience.

Hi Will,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused during this process.
We have already provided a prepaid return label and completed the refund for your order. After reviewing the product, our team confirmed that the sound described was related to the shaft’s internal construction and does not affect its performance or structural integrity.
That said, we completely understand your concern and respect your decision to return the product. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and customer support experience.

Scam
I ordered this carbon fiber shaft from this company. And after waiting over fifteen days to get it, i received the wrong joint in the shaft. They gave me a message Em back numerous times and ask Em. Is there a way they can fix the problem? They refuse to work with me told me I was stuck with shaft that I had absolutely horrible service. Be careful when you purchase stuff from them
