Rhino Billiards Anmeldelser

After receiving my Must shaft the tip fell off only after a few hits.

Came as advertised cant wait to use it tonight in league play !!!

I have NOT gotten my order yet.

Not a big deal, but the glove was not included with my purchase. I live in Ecuador and though I purchased the cue a month ago, I just got to Virginia recently. Is there a chance to have the glove sent now, please? I have never used a glove and was looking forward to trying it out. Richard Morris Order #RHINO34261

Fourth cue purchased online from Rhino. I have purchased a break cue and my wife and daughter each have a Nebula. I have wanted a Must Shaft, not because I’m unhappy with my 50th Anniversary cue, but to see/feel the difference. First time getting a shaft engraved. If you remove the holiday, I recd my new cue in about 4 days. The others took 2 days. My biggest fear is that Rhino will enjoy a popularity boom and there will be longer wait times.

The ordering prices was easy and the pool que looks, feels and shoots great

The customer service was actually 5 stars, but quality control has a long way to go.

First time purchasing a rino cue placed the order and was very easy to use the website no problem and was shipped in a timely order was well packed, got to play with it couple days later in a pool tournament and I couldn't be happier I would recommend this product, Thank you rino I'm looking to replace my cue case

The shaft arrived in a week, it fits my cue and I like the pro taper. This is a great buy especially for the price.

great experience and solid products i will be shopping again.

Agnes really went all out to assist me in getting the right shaft! I had ordered the wrong one at first, but not to worry cause RHINO had me covered! Great products & even better customer service!! Thanx!!!

Amazing to do business with!! Items ordered arrived quickly and they are great quality. When placing the order I made a mistake and contacted rhino billiards and they resolved my mistake with no issues. Would buy again from them with no problem.

I special ordered the Rhino break shaft and I am extremely pleased with the customer service for this product. They were prompt to answer when I sent an email to inquire about the status of my order. I used the shaft for the first time last week and I could not believe the difference in my breaking power and feel. I would definitely recommend this product from my initial review.
