Reserve Bar is a HORRIBLE company with some of the worse customer service I have ever encountered. They claim quick shipping, it was double the time. It appears there retail partner sent the bottle from CA to them in CT not to me and when I inquired the first time I was sent to the help center for automated help. I received and email the next day and it said it was on its way and id have it soon. There system said it was coming to me, fedx said it was going to CT. 7 days later I contacted support again. Shane Petersen said shipped and on its way again, checking Fedx, it was still going to CT and Shane addresses Zero of my questions and called me the wrong name as well. On the 18th/19th I emailed again, no response at all. PLEASE spend you money else where. So far, 15 days and I still do not have it!

If I could give no stars,I would. My son placed an order as a gift to my husband for Fathers Day and he said he paid extra for "guaranteed delivery" in time for Fathers Day. It is now 3 days past that date and I got an email saying it is "out for delivery" as of 9 am, with an estimated "delivery time" of MIDNIGHT! I contacted customer service for more information and they said that it will likely be delivered by 8 pm. This means I have to wait at home 11 HOURS for the delivery since I will have to produce an ID. After reading some other reviews, I am not sure I will even get the delivery today or at all. Customer service was of no help --there is no live person to contact. Do not waste your time and money with this company!

I placed an order because it said 1-2 business day shipping. After 2 days I never received any updates so I gave them 2 more days and nothing. I ordered it as a gift, a week in advance for Father’s Day. After a week I still never heard anything! I’ve checked my tracking number and it said “label created” with the date from when I placed the order. Ultimately I reached out to the company and when i requested to cancel my order, they declined. I spoke with 3 different people about my case and they said they’re unable to cancel since it was shipped already… it’s been over a week with no updates and just when i requested a refund you say nope we are shipping it.. refreshed my tracking since they claim to have shipped it out and nothing ever changed from the label created status… avoid this company not worth your time.

I placed an order two weeks ago that was supposed to have shipped in a couple of days, and it still hasn't shipped. I tried to contact them via the online form, and haven't heard back. I will be contacting my credit union and disputing the charge. I have no confidence that this is a legitimate business

This is a scam. Do not trust this company. They claim they delivered to me but there was no delivery. In California you must sign for alcohol. I wasn’t even in the state when they claimed to deliver, I was on the east coast. You can’t talk to a live representative so don’t waste your money or time!

Placed an order that said it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. Two weeks later it still had not shipped, so I emailed to cancel the order. Received an email back saying they had re-submitted the order and it would ship soon, but the cost of the purchase was $20 more expensive than when I initially purchased it. I emailed back again requesting to cancel the order. Tried calling ReserveBar customer service and the liquor store that was sending the item and could not get a hold of either.

Horrible customer service experience. They do not care at all and made me contact the shipping company. And I found out when processing the refund they never contacted the store to begin with and the store even told me not use reserve bar because they don’t update the website photos and lie about liquor bottles they carry! Avoid at all cost!

Worst company ever. No customer service. My bottle was never delivered. They refused to refund me. FedEx was no help either. Don’t ever use. This company is a scam.

I ordered a few bottles to try this service and do not recommend using them. This company is a scam and will switch out bottles that you pay for (I ordered 1L bottles and they shipped 750ml bottles). The customer service team is not helpful and just pass blame to the shipping company. This is obviously a scam (swapping bottles) and you should avoid this site.

This website always provides false information for many rare and allocated liquors. On a Google search by product they are on the first place with a much lower price. But in reality on their website that products either don't available or with different price!

Their system reported delivery but I never received the package. When I complained, the staff told me to check with the neighbors to see if they were delivered by mistake, which is not my job. and they told me to wait for them to contact the delivery party for more than a month and still no results. I asked them to return my money and they said that only when they receive a response from the delivery party will they process my case. The most irresponsible company I have ever known.

This place took my order, waited over a month to start sending me notices they were just now processing my order. Then started showing me bogus delivery tracking notices. When I contracted them, they claimed it was being delivered the next day. For three days they claimed they could not make delivery because the business was closed. It was not a business address. When I complained again, they then gave me bogus delivery notices that said it was delivered. I disputed the charge to my credit card. Then two weeks later they emailed me and to say they see my dispute and claimed the package had been returned to the seller since it was never delivered. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!

I made 2 orders between you and your competitor. Unfortunately in the future I would choose another company over ordering from you again. The turn around time for you bottles was almost 3 times that of your competitor. Most of my order from you is still being shipped whereas within 4 days of ordering from the other company everything was already delivered.

ReserveBar's supplier sent a cheaper bottle of rum in place of the one I ordered. I sent 2 emails to the customerhelp email address letting them know about the issue and asking for the difference to at least be refunded, but - almost a month later - my emails have not even been acknowledged.

Order filled but wrong item sent. One damaged bottle in order. Wrote email to customer service and left a voice message on/around December 14, 2023. Order issues still not rectified as of this post (Jan 18, 2024). Do not waste your time or money with this company.

It would be awful customer service if they even provided any. They are completely non responsive. It's been a week. Responses via email and social media have been ignored. I ordered a special product three months ago on a preorder. It was shipped a month ago now. They used some cheap last mile company called GLS (I'm assuming Good Luck Shipping), which took three weeks for it to get to my town and now they sent it back to shipper with no explanation. This is my third order in a row that never made it to me. The last two never shipped and the cancelled weeks later.

I ordered a specific rare Rye Whiskey advertised on ReserveBar, but they shipped me the wrong product (significant less value). After several attempts to communicate with ReserveBar I haven't received 1 response. I don't believe this is an honest mistake, because they are avoiding me... it is a SCAM!

Ordered 7 bottles in good faith, only 4 were delivered, EM from them saying everything has been delivered, link to CS if there is a problem and 4 requests later for the missing 3 bottles have been unanswered. Reported purchase as fraud to CC company and remember the mantra, "if it's too good to be true....." Avoid these fly by night scammers, you can do better!

Ordered $600 worth of spirits from them. It has been 10 days, and I am one state away (typically shipping between these states takes 2-3 days). The delivery has been reschedule twice. There is no one to talk to about it. If I could give negative stars I would.

Placed two orders still have not received one order they shipped wrong order and we have not had any response from customer service. As far as I am concerned this company is nothing but a rip off
