I highly recommend Flaviar. The subscription services they provide are a terrific value. I rarely have issues with my purchases, but they always go above and beyond to make your order right and provide excellent communication every step of the way.

There was a slight hiccup in the purchase. The customer service @ Flaviar got it corrected. I have purchased from Flaviar, and this is why. Comforting to know if there is an issue it will be addressed in a timely manner. Also good product selection, fair pricing and quick delivery. Don't be afraid to purchase from here

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Order 2 btles of bourbon for an event paid the shipping to receive in plenty of time for the event. Got a email saying they sold more than they actually had!!!

"Due to unexpectedly high demand following its recent “Best Bourbon in the World” recognition, we’re experiencing a short delay in fulfillment. Your order is secure, and we expect to begin shipping within the next two weeks."

This happens not a problem so I found and purchased a replacement and emailed them at 11:18am 1.5 business days later.

received a email at 4:53pm stating they got to work on this immediately but could stop it

"I looked into this immediately for you, but I'm afraid it is too late to cancel the order. Your package has already been packed and passed on to the courier for shipping, and the label has been generated. Because it is already in the final stages of the fulfillment process, we are unable to pull it back."

Strange the label wasn't created till 3:50pm

Doesn't pass the sniff test

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed my order on March 19 and canceled it on March 26 after being told it would be delayed. I was informed that I could expect a refund within 5–10 business days, but instead the order was still delivered on April 10. Even after reaching out again, I still have not received the return label I was promised.
The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating. It’s incredible that sending products on time seems to be a problem, and even a simple return label has been impossible to get. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I really want to give Flaviar 5 stars, but system glitches and occasional shipping issues (which aren't actually their fault) detract from the otherwise premium whiskey experience. Their selection and exclusive items are hard to beat, even if you can sometimes find a bottle locally for less. If you stack multiple bottles with a free shipping offer you can make out like a bandit and I've only had 1 broken bottle out of many shipments. Highly recommended if you are a whiskey or bourbon enthusiast. Their Whiskey Academy is also a high note and something I haven't seen before.

I was just now charged for a membership renewal and yet I still do not have the original shipment of Yellowstone bourbon I had ordered. If this is how Falviar treats your customers please cancel my membership.

They have a great selection of liquor with a lot of rare items not found anywhere else. The prices are fair too. Sometimes the shipping can be slow though.

My monthly order comes timely and always in good shape. This subscription is a great way for me to build out my collection and enjoy the myriad of whiskeys in the market.

The selection is just awesome and so are the prices.

Do not order from this place! Guess I should hack read the reviews first also. I ordered 2 weeks ago, no shipment but took my money in 2 seconds. Even took the insurance, guess I should have bought insurance that covers…”if your item does not ship”. Won’t be another purchase from this site.. be aware!

The Support team sorted out a shipping issue that I was having. Great customer support!

Needed some help with a return. It was tricky but the person on the Flaviar side of things stuck with it and resolved my issue. I really appreciated that they cared enough to see it through.

Nice new Bourbon selection. Breckenridge is easy on the palate. The sweetness of the port cask finish is very pleasant. While it isn't my favorite (Castle & Key), it is very enjoyable.

The membership is a great value. There's plenty of products to choose from and the customer service department is just outstanding.

I was given a three-month gift subscription to fine bourbons, and each was delivered carefully and on time. Each of the bourbons was one that I hadn't enjoyed before, and was very good.

I placed the order on February 18. It's March 5 and I got an email asking for a review ... But I haven't received the shipment yet.

Great selection, prices, and service. I live in a more rural area where the selection offered by Flaviar isn't available in stores. I want to thank Flavair for being able to ship to Wisconsin again. I was a previous member and am back and will always be a member.
